Really nice place with nice tasting liqueur. The whisky was top notch, and I enjoyed every bit of each of the five sampled. Especially grateful to the lovely lady the great hospitality!

Great place to taste some Whisky or other spirits. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I liked their Whisky a lot and bought two bottles.

Our group of 7 had a really lovely shared lunch and whisky sampler. Food and service was fabulous. Loved the whisky too. They have one of the largest selections of gin behind the bar that I’ve ever seen.

Just happened to be in the general area, dropped in and managed to score a table. You REALLY need to book cause it’s that good and that popular.

Staff attentive accommodating and courteous. Food absolutely terrific. We shared the arancini and chicken Bao buns.

I enjoyed some nice craft beer! and the locally distilled whisky. But that’s not all, walked away with some nice whisky steak (packaged and frozen).

We went here for a long lunch on a Monday afternoon and were all blown away by the quality of food, drink and atmosphere.
We had all of the shared platters between us and can honestly say that none were less than superb. Local foods, international dishes, well prepared. The staff were friendly and even brought a taster for my dad's birthday for us to try 2 of their liqueurs.
The shop just topped off the experience and we went home with some local drinks and cheese from regional makers.
We will be back!

All dishes are nicely done. Staff are friendly. Whisky tasting is interesting but a bit too strong for beginner like myself.

One of the highlights was sharing a delightful cheese platter with my friends Sophie, Ella, Aaron, Vinnie, Matilda, Sophie, and Freya.
Sophie and Ella’s selection of cheeses was impeccable, each variety paired harmoniously with the others. Every bite was a burst of flavors, a testament to the artisanal craftsmanship that went into creating the platter.

What made the experience truly special, however, was the company. Sitting around the table, we shared not only delicious food but also laughter, stories, and camaraderie. The atmosphere was lively yet intimate, allowing us to connect on a deeper level while savoring the exquisite cheeses and sipping on the fine spirits produced by Timboon Distillery.

Sophie, Ella, sometimes Aaron, Vinnie, Matilda, Sophie, and Freya added immeasurable joy to the occasion. The staff at the distillery were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing our experience with their passion for their craft.

Great atmosphere, we got to sit outside on an amazing sunny day. Delicious food, outstanding drinks, with a well stocked tidy bar. Will be back next time we're in town!

A little gem in Timboon especially if you are into whiskey. The Tom's Surrender and Christie's Cut are outstanding single malt.

The food was surprisingly delicious esp the mussels and the fried chicken. Super friendly service in an amazing ambience.

Very popular place. Need to make booking during holiday period otherwise won’t be able to get a seat. Whisky is good. Tasting is free if you buy a bottle.

Stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised. The welcoming open fire immediately won me over after coming in from the rain.

Food was high end, waiting staff were lovely and tasted some great whisky. There is also a nice selection of deli foods and items mostly locally sourced available.

The staff was knowledgeable happy and friendly. Ambiance relaxing warm beautiful very clean.Food nice. My cocktail very moreish. I thought the menu was reasonably priced. I will visit again.

We had a great lunch here - although the place was busy and we didn’t book a table, the staffs were helpful and super nice. Food was great.

Friendly staff and they were very accommodating. We arrived on Saturday just after 2pm but they were happy to seat us for lunch. We did shared plate dining and all items were delicious! The pork belly was amazing! 😋 We didn't do the whiskey tasting.

Absolutely delicious lunch was had here today. We are 5 women enjoying our weekend away together. We had the best ling scollops asparagus in a burnt Blanc sauce dish so fresh so yummy We also had some cocktails and then we brought gins whiskey & stuff!! Such a good fun place a jewel in the crown for Timboon

The Makers and Farmers Market at Timboon today was wonderful, very friendly, great products and produce. Thank you and congratulations to the organisers and to the stall holders, job well done 👍

Cute, little distillery with delicious homemade cakes. (I assume the mains are good too) Enjoyed the whiskey-macadamia cake a lot and the basque cheesecake was au point too. Couldn’t do a tasting as I was driving but they offer Gin and Rum tastings, as well as cocktails.
You can also find a variety of gift sets or gift ideas in all price ranges.

This was our first time here and we can't wait to come back!

Being a beautiful sunny day, we were seated outside on the verandah giving us a great view of the surrounding area.
We first sampled whisky etc (see pics) before enjoying probably the most delightful lunch meal we've had in the region!
We simply couldn't fault it.
The haloumi was incredible paired with sour peaches, pecans and a zingy fruit chutney.
My partner eats pork belly everywhere he goes and stated that it was the best he has ever had. He actually became speechless for a few minutes haha.
The chicken, just yum!
No need for salt and pepper, everything was perfectly seasoned and meticulously executed.

Well done to timboon distillery, you're kicking goals.
