While I've never bought supplements before...I'd consider myself a gun at online shopping...having purchased some products from amino Z I'd categorically day that they have been by far one of - if not the most - impressive companies I have ever bought from. Their follow up in terms of where my order is at was outstanding. The products arrived quickly and were well packaged. Prices seemed very competitive. A real quality experience end-to-end. Their website worked efficiently on mobile and desktop and I found it carried a great number of products that I use daily, including custom-made protein powders. I signed up for their mailing list and have seen offers of “near expiry” products for >80% off. Nice!

I finally took the plunge and ordered some products from one of their email specials and was thoroughly impressed with the whole ordering process. I received an email confirmation of the order, SMS messages along the way to tell me that my order was being packed and dispatched and who was looking after it, another email to tell me which carrier was shipping it, the tracking details and when to expect delivery, as well as a follow up email to make sure everything had arrived intact and that I was happy.. and a few personal messages from the team.

Wow. Have to say, I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service level and the efficiency of the business processes. I’d happily use this as a model of how to successfully run an online business. Great work, guys!

I have been training and taking supplements seriously for some time now, and have tried numerous vendors. I can honestly say that Amino Z has the cheapest price, the best customer service and a rewards program that keeps you coming back time after time. I have never had an issue, their delivery is always fast and reliable and their communication about their orders is of the highest standard. If I could award 6/5 i would, but the most I can give is 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone.

This lot are great. Fast, reliable delivery and extremely attentive customer service for the whole life cycle of your order. Prices are the best I've seen in Australia. I've swapped over from other web-based retailers so I haven't built up a massive history with AZ yet, but I'm sure a large part of my wages will be heading here in the future.

In my opinion the best supplements retailer in Australia. Their website is easy to navigate, it's really easy to get advice on products and it's also nice that there isn't a hard sell pushed on you either ! They simply recommend the right product based on the info you give them .

Amino Z did a price beat for me and it was the cheapest available for the product I wanted. My order was shipped quickly, I was informed about the progress of it the enter time. Customer service has been wonderful, the product is excellent and I’ll shop with them again!

Never disappointed in the level of service from these guys. Competitive prices, fast delivery, option for Afterpay and the level of communication is outstanding. They follow up every order and inform you on the day when your delivery will be arriving. If delivery was unsuccessful they make sure you are aware and chase it up. Can't recommend a better supplement provider!

Not only are their prices cheaper than anywhere else I found (on the net and off) their bundle packs are fantastic too.
Their communication is very prompt too. I asked some very pertinent questions to me and they handled my query in a caring and polite manner. I did not feel I was wasting their time. Very refreshing.
