The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I trust Supercheap Auto with all my automotive needs. Janto and Obi we're extremely helpful when we were looking for car accessories and oils, Janto especially was probably the most enthusiastic and helpful person I've ever come across. Good on you Supercheap for having such a great team, couldn't recommend these guys more.

A great Supercheap Branch!! Real friendly staff, I've come here when parts are not available in Chullora or Ashfield and am always greeted well. Good prices, good staff, they treat customers well and make sure that I'm happy.

they are so helpful. I find it’s so easy to shop in this store because if you stuck somewhere then you can ask for help. They even go outside of the store to help you out.

Extremely helpful service. Especially for a staff called Jack.
He was super polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I called him for advice on engine oil and later saw him in store. He recommended correctly and even guided me through the top up. Great experience shopping and Jack was a superstar.

Awesome layout. Bought a bottle of octane booster for my mates Holden cruze holden racing spec edition series 1 and we achieved a 11.2 second 0-100km/h run !

A little while ago bought a snow blower and wash foam from SCA Lakemba. Helped me get what I needed quick smart and polite.

I’m the mate with the Holden Cruze. I can truly say after that personal best record for my Cruze, it caught on fire and started gagging for it.

The woman there was incredibly helpful and when i told him the guy at the front said put a review on goggle .So here you go. Best service super friendly no attitude just no nonsense customer support. Customer Service doesn't get any Better than this!
Needed a headlight globe for my VF Commodore. Vichai (Vic) offered to change it for me for $10 extra ... a bargain! He tried but Holden make it SO hard to access and it was 10 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. Tony was also there and they said they would try again in the morning.
Sunday morn was light rain but Vic came outside and I held an umbrella while he struggled with Holden's ridiculously difficult access to the globe change. Tony had researched overnight to find the best procedure.
These guys deserve a medal (or a pay rise!) and the friendly, smiling Alesha at the counter also.

Great place to buy car accessories and tools they have competitive prices and very helpful staff.I would highly recommend a visit.

Was served by one of your young workers Noah. Did not look suited to the job but boy did he impress!!!! Helped me with what I needed and made my bloody day
