I am in Brisbane, a long way from Riverside Tasmania, however the service I received today for my inquiry and subsequent order on a Lowrance Eagle 7 sounder was "World Class" the phone call that I made just to check stock was answered promptly. The price was as great, and included free freight, in fact better pricing than some of the retailers here in Brisbane who were a lot dearer for the same item.

Use their Virtual Store Tour and you will be knocked over with the stock in this store, far better stock range than the big name BOX stores who charge you over the top pricing. In fact the big name BOX stores do not even stock the Lowrance Eagle 7 which was released in the United States on 14th March 2024.

I've been to this store several times now looking for various items. Every member of staff that has helped me has been pleasant and enthusiastic. What sets this store apart, is the willingness of staff to help you find what you're looking for and their tenacity in seeing it through. Staff have searched through newly arrived deliveries, opened packets to see if the contents were suitable and ordered out of stock items, without being asked, in order to help me. Outstanding service, well done.

I have to say I'm extremely impressed with the service from these guys. I first heard about them on an Instagram add and was blown away by how cheap their lure packs were. I enquired about a different sized lure that was advertised on their Page and asked if they had any and if they were the same price. That same day I got a phone call from them and they sorted it out over the phone and it was that easy. The best customer service I've had in a long time by anyone. great store and whenever i have visited i have found staff very helpful. often they are quite busy so you may not be able to be attended to immediately but that says something about the popularity of the store perhaps. very good range for all boaties needs and great catalogue.prices on some items a little above at other outlets but overall the huge range makes up for that.

Dealt with these guys many times, mostly for fishing gear. Always worth a visit - very helpful, good range. Once I started going here I never needed to go anywhere else and they look after their long term customers.

When I lived in Tassie even though I was In the south I always shopped online at Tamar Marine. They just had all the gear at the right price... I now live in NSW and still shop at T M. Recently purchased a winch for my pot hauler. I could not find a better price anywhere local and T M had it for $109 cheaper than all the other online sites. It was a no brainer and a meagre $9.50 freight to Nelson Bay NSW. .. Good on you guys... still going the extra mile. And thanks.
