We spent a night here last week camping, and had it all to ourselves. Nice spot right next to the creek with a couple of long drop toilets. Kids loved playing around the creek. Its a huge campsite and could easily accomodate plenty of people (which it often does with school groups). Water is available in the tank near the toilets, or there's another one just before the campsite (Mambray Creek side).
Update - we camped here a 2nd time and this time we had a visit from the planigales in the night (looking for our food). 2 bit holes in one of the tents and ended up inside. Probably a good idea to hang your food in a tree out of their reach. It was drier this time, so probably less food around for them
