Best beef sausages ever!! Every weekly grocery shop we grab our sausages and meat from here instead of the supermarkets. I don't usually like sausages, these ones are the only ones I'll eat, great for fussy eaters.

Great quality meat and friendly service. We have been shopping here for 4 years and the quality has been consistently high. The staff are also knowledgeable about the cuts and best ways to cook them. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality at a good price.

They have to be the best Butchers in the Inner West. Family operated and nothing is a problem and friendly. They offer interesting cuts of meat and I can assure you that you will not be disappointed !

i like the meat here. i came here before to buy the crumbled chicken schnitzel and the crumbled lamb cutlets . today, half kilo mince. the tall girl who served was nice and a good team as well. keep up the excellent work.

As the name suggests, The Premium Butcher, certainly sells a better quality meat at a reasonable price. Definitely better than the major supermarkets. A good range of meats ranging from some chicken, lamb, veal, pork and beef. If not on display, it may be available at the back. A family run business with great cheerful service.

I've been looking for a great sausage for years, if not decades. I was especially hunting for the Italian sausages of my childhood. Plenty of places sell Italian sausages, none of which taste like the ones of my youth. I have finally found them here. Their Italian sausages (the ones displayed as NO fennel) are wonderful, exactly like the ones I ate 50 years ago.

Best butcher in the inner west. Family friendly service, reasonably priced, and always have what I need. The meat is sliced to my liking every time. Wont buy from anywhere else. I travel 30minutes to stock up! Thanks guys!

Really good & fresh meat.

I was made feel that choosing a cut of meat from the bottom of the tray was a high inconvenience. I asked your butcher this Arvo and he replied " I cannot destroy the tray"
Instead of helping me choose a meaty cut like I asked, your staff just stood there looking like I was wasting their time.
It takes 2 minutes to re do a tray but also to lose a customer.

Bought some meat and it was sticky, not going back there again.
Lost a long customer.
I didn't come in today

Disappointing, when I got home the pork was slimy
