Store was well stocked and being tiny, there wasn’t much room to keep the 1.5m distance which is an issue for social distancing during this pandemic and unfortunately not disability friendly.
The person that seemed in charge of the men’s store on the weekend might’ve been having a bad day: I got the feeling we shouldn’t be speaking to ‘the higher up’ when we asked a question of said person. The sales associates were helpful and professional, and we made sure to speak only to them after that.

Did not have what I was looking for.

Had some absolutely awful service at this store. I ordered a size small t-shirt online and was sent a size large. I went into this store to exchange it, and was told I could have a refund or they could get a small in from another store as they didn't currently have that size in stock. I opted for them to get one in as I wanted the t-shirt. 4 months later I called them to see why my t-shirt hadn't arrived yet only to be told they'd never actually had one sent to them. As it had been such a long time they weren't able to get this t-shirt anymore and the only option was to give me a refund. I had to go into this store twice (two 45 minute round trips). At no point did they offer an apology. In fact when I called back after 4 months they tried to tell me they couldn't do anything for me because I bought the t-shirt online and therefore it wasn't their fault. At no point did I get frustrated at anyone involved, I was very nice through the entire process and was treated dreadfully.
