I always enjoy coming here. The Staff, food and atmosphere is great. And as I have a Disability the staff always bring the coffee over for me which is great. Thank you to you all. 🥰

Beautiful beautiful customer service. There is a lovely (?Japanese) lady who is an absolute delight! Service with a smile, sincere and very friendly and genuine. It was a pleasure to watch her interact with customers. I just wanted to bundle her up and invite her home!

Absolutly amazing place. Workers are nice and polite and the service is amazing. Owner cares about his customers and made us laugh and told a funny story while ordering our food.

Owner was very polite, funny in nature and shows he cares about his customers. Coffee and cakes a little pricey, but very tasty and is inside the Burnside Shopping Centre is understandable....Cheers 👍

Great cakes and hot drinks!! Probably at the higher end price wise, but well worth a visit! Staff very friendly and helpful.

While visiting the Burnside Village Shopping Centre, across from Coles you will find Utzi Espresso. The display cabinets have a good range of treats for Diners. We enjoyed a very nice coffee, as we sat at a high table reading papers supplied. Free Wifi is available, making this a great relaxing coffee lunch stop. Clean & tidy with good service. Will return.

If you enjoy people watching over a steaming mug of good coffee and cake, this is it. Lovely range of cakes to pick from for a relaxing afternoon tea.

The sponge cake with cream and strawberries was delightfully light and delicious.
