All the staff there were so friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too difficult for them. As soon as i walked in the store they all greeted me. Ended up buying 2 dresses from there. Would definitely go back again.

Average customer service never answer the phone took me 3 days to finally have someone answer. Even better was more interested in having a conversation and serving customers while I sat on the other end of the phone

Unfriendly staff! I came back to exchange the imperfect item I have bought on the same day. I was in the que waiting to be served. She was happily and exchanging jokes with the other 2 young clients in front of me. When it was my turned, no smile while I was explaining my problem. She kept looking at the bought item and I got her attention that she seemed not happy at all. The excused that she gave me that “ I was not feeling well, and I can do what I want to do! “ No sorry or apology that I need to come back to have my bought item for exchange!BTW, she was the same staff that served me when I bought the exchanged item!!! She had helped me with my questions but was not friendly enough as you can expect when you bought 3 items from sale! I got her name if the management wants to follow up this staff, I am happy to assist. I like your products but I rather shop somewhere where I be treated well. No problems shopping at other shops!

Rude staff! Went there when they already move to smaller space and during limit for number of costumes. I could see how many people were inside and the door was open without any staff member in front so I went straight inside. One second later the girl ran after me, TOUCHED my arm and said “You have to leave!”. Not “to wait outside”, but “to leave” like I did something wrong.
That was so rude and disrespectful!

I personally visited this shop on many occasions, staff have not acknowledged me, clothes are way overpriced, style is not for me. I don't shop there personally.
