Me and my husband bought our first home this year. Sam (Home Loan Manager at Broadmeadows branch office) helped us throughout the process of buying our first home in our desired location. The service from Bank of Melbourne is 100% better than any other banks that I been to. From the time you walk in, they know who you are. Even when you are a new customer, they don’t forget who you are. Always helpful from something small to big.

Lovely staff... Treat customer with respect and friendly

It is one of the worst service providing banks. Its whole staff is lazy. If you are waiting for your turn for an hour, they don't care it. They can entertain the person who just entered the bank first than the one who is waiting for a long time. The behaviour of staff to customers is very strange. They think that if they are serving the customers, they are are doing courtsey to them. They forget that, its what they get paid for. I will recommend no-one to visit this branch of Bank of Melbourne.

Non existent customer service. Told would receive a call from bank manager over a week ago, still waiting. Don't value existing customers. Take your business elsewhere.
