Andrew Crauford has been highly professional and ethical throughout the process of selling our home. We can't think of anything that he could have done better. His care and support leading up to and throughout the campaign has been of the highest standard.

Lucy is amazing. So professional and knowledgeable. She leaves you feeling confident and in good hands.

They are lovely people, I rent a storage unit from them I have never had a problem with them.

Lucy was a bright and helpful estate agent, offering us sound knowledge and history on the property that we viewed.
Unfortunately that is where the professionalism stopped.
No contract was available from Saturday until Monday. Inaccurate and dishonest information provided to us along the entire way . No "real and honest answers" were given when seeking advice from both agents. Conflicting stories between Stewart and Lucy. And never being informed until the 11th hour on the Wednesday that there was another party ready to exchange on Thursday morning. Even when I told Stewart Wednesday evening, we could go much higher,
and Lucy was aware of this from the Monday, he told me were not cash buyers and thats just how it goes. Even though I told him that we were just waiting to unlock our money, and it had only been 3 days, he said it was too late, he wouldn't even contact the vendors!
We never had a chance!
If the agents had integrity and honesty they would have told us that the other party was close to settling. The agents would have been honest to both building inspectors who both told me that they believed something dishonest was going on and what they were both told didn't add up.
We finally pulled our money together, Friday, four days after receiving the contract. We were told seperately by both agents, 2 Different final offer amounts, which the property had supposedly sold for, and ironically we were prepared to pay significantly higher for the property, well above the final selling price. I feel sad for the vendors, who never received financially, what the property was truly worth.
I must say though, Lucy did appear genuinely sad that these events had taken place, but I believe Lucy wasn't told the correct story by Stewart or she was told a version of the story to tell us.
Either way, this has been the saddest and most stressful event for us. Riddled with untruths, dishonest and certainly lacking in integrity.
Please don't trust this agency, look for properties with a reputable and honest agent.
I never write bad reviews, but this one deserved to be told.
