I would be delighted to provide a review for a young employee at Australian Post who found my parcel! It's always wonderful to hear about excellent service, and it sounds like this employee went above and beyond to help you out.

Firstly, I want to commend the employee's problem-solving skills. Tracking a lost parcel can be a frustrating and time-consuming task, but this employee managed to locate your package in less than a day. That's no easy feat, and it's a testament to their persistence and attention to detail.

Secondly, I'm impressed with this employee customer service skills. Not only did they find my parcel, but he also provided me with a place to go to retrieve it. Going out of their way to offer helpful information is a hallmark of excellent customer service, and it sounds like this employee really went the extra mile.

Lastly, I want to highlight the employee's dedication to his job. It's clear that he take pride in their work and is committed to providing the best service possible. Taking the time to help a customer may seem like a small gesture, but it can make a huge difference in someone's day.

Overall, I highly recommend this young employee at Australian Post. Their problem-solving skills, customer service, and dedication to their job are truly exceptional. Luisa, I cannot thank you enough for your effort in being able to locate my parcel. The sender had make a mistake with the address and the parcel was then redirected back to the Australia Post warehouse. Whilst I was hopeful, I wasn't expecting success today and was about to request a refund from the sender. Your friendly attitude, patience, and efficiency not only ensured everyone got served in a timely manner, but you went above and beyond and actually located my parcel. 5 star customer satisfaction Luisa, thank you so much. Also thanking Australia Post for their hard work in being able to keep on top of things regardless of circumstance.

Had to drop off a vanload of parcels due to some of the disruptions and complications a the moment with COVID. The team were super friendly and helpful with a great demeanor and attitude.

Just wanted to say thank you, and keep it up. There's a lot of 1 star reviews out there that are talking about the whole network and their own personal delayed parcels, but that doesn't reflect my experience at the business hub.

I went to the Port Melbourne Depot and spoke to a man called Geoff Dunn. I just want to say that Geoff spent a lot of time looking for my parcel which apparently the reason there was a problem in the delivery was because there was NO number on the address, but Geoff, like I said, spent a lot of time looking for my parcel to which in the end actually found it, and I can’t tell you how excited I felt when he called me up to tell me, (after I had gone home) that he found it.
I just wanted to say that Geoff is a guy that you should value as an employee in your company, because what I saw was a guy that goes above and beyond his duty to do what he can for his customers in such a friendly and professional way.

There was a wonderful lady who looked after my parcel and helped me with all the missing blanks. She is very friendly and kind and from the few minutes that she helped me with my postage, I can tell that she is very diligent at her work.

These Post Office workers are efficient, personable and very, very reliable. I have been using this PO for many years and always have an exceptional experience. I recommend this PO as an exceptional service provider that fits all the categories of reliability, cleanliness, trustworthiness and responsive to all demands. I have completed documentation (passport, ATO documentation) and parcel delivery/pick-up ... they are always exceptional.

Trish went so above and beyond to help me locate my parcel - I am beyond grateful for the excellent customer service!! Never had an employee care so much and do so much to help me find it when so many others would have given up!! Thank you Trish!!!

Picked up a package and was served by a delightful customer service representative named Steph, who was polite, helpful and efficient. Her attitude was refreshing and made the whole process feel like less of a chore.
She seriously deserves a promotion as customer service of that calibre is few and far between.

They rang up to make sure the address in the morning today, the gentleman over the phone help me a lot with his teammates. Appreciate your work and help. Very patient!!!Friendly!!!! Delivery in hand!!! Great work!!!
