BJ's Car Care Centre

I discovered Bj’s late in 2021 and have been getting my car serviced and repaired ever since. I have found their prices reasonable and their customer service excellent. They are always very accommodating. I like that when there is something that needs repairing or replacing they take a photo of the faulty part first so that you can see that there really is something that needs to be done and not just saying that just to get extra money from you. I always recommend them to people and I say it is worth the extra drive if you don’t live close.

I booked my car into BJ's as my BMW 116i was having a "Drivetrain Error" and having booked it into a previous mechanic twice the error still kept occurring.

Easy process to book my car service in online which was confirmed within a couple of hours.
Excellent communication, with updates on the phone throughout the day explaining the problem and fixing it, completing a minor service, and having my car back well before the end of the day.

Immediately noticed my car was more responsive and running smoother. Immediately booked in for a second check-up after Rafik notified me of a small oil leak he'd assess over the fortnight. Photographs taken of any identified issues was also a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

One of very few competent car service providers in Perth. After trying many, i have been servicing my car at BJ's for the last couple of years. Excellent service at reasonable prices. I would recommend them without hesitation.

If you want the best Car service around northern suburbs, give BJ’s Car Care a go. They are located in Wangara. I have used them so far two times to service my business Van and the quality of their work has been of a very high standard. The owner manager Rafik, is a very well qualified mechanic and manager, and has an excellent qualified team supporting him. He has very good attention to detail, at a reasonable price. Ben, mechanic/technician is great in his work and done fantastic job on my Van which needed few fixes..
You will not be disappointed and get far superior job at a competitive price!

Best experience I've had with a mechanic by far. Could have taken my $1200 for a clutch repair and not done a thing and I'd never have known. Instead I got a call informing me it was unnecessary and didnt charge me. Asked me before doing any other works including a full inspection and a throttle body clean and flush brake fluid. All for a tad over $200 and a staff member waited for me after hours to collect my car. I can't speak highly enough of the ppl at BJ's and have been telling all my friends and family of the great service I received. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been going to BJ's Car Care Centre for over two years now for all my needs. I think they're amazing, and if you have a limited budget they will work with you to find the best solution for the lowest cost. I've never had any issues after numerous visits and would highly recommend them!

I’m super happy on the cooling system service on my daily driver Magna wagon. Technician Ben was very knowledgeable and looked after me duluxe. Also, to add to that did a fantastic job on my mother’s toyota. Rafik set it all up and to be honest from the get-go I had a good feeling about trusting this company!.., I will get my family and friends to get auto stuff done with them I’m super happy, highly recommend going thru them I’m as happy as can be!

Got quoted $800 from automasters. Brought my car in to BJs for 2nd opinion and BJs did it for $360. These guys are genuine and will definately be my "go to" mechanics. They are friendly and have great communication. Thanks guys!

Very good service, Now after my excellent experience I call Rafik the car doctor, very mechanically minded, with the service fixed a lot small things in my little loved Hyundai Getz perfectly without adding much charges, quality of service is excellent with very reasonably competitive price, highly recommended.
