I had an appointment with Doctor Sarah Lewis before my overseas trip to South East Asia. She is the most thorough GP I’ve ever been to and the injections were painless. I highly recommend this clinic as it provides excellent health care!

My experiences with the entire team at Port Melbourne Medical is brilliant. They are very caring and always follow through to ensure I am receiving the highest level of treatment.

I would like to give 5 star to the gentleman who was working last Friday afternoon at 6pm. He was extremely helpful and supportive. Thank you for you care and nice Manner at the door.

I have been attending this clinic for many years. I’ve been so grateful throughout the pandemic that the staff here have continued to see patients face to face. I’ve had all my vaccines and received excellent care. The reception staff are always friendly despite clearly being busy. Highly recommend.

Over the years I have found Dr Sue Zhang is very caring and thorough. Happy to have found a good GP for the long term.

Had an amazing experience at Port M Medical centre. The lovely receptionist Ange managed to fit us in for an early appointment and nurse Kate was wonderful . My daughter had a bad experience in another clinic regarding injections. Kate put her so much at ease , distracting her with her great sense of humour that she said she barely felt it. This means so much to us, thank you :-)

I’ve read some of the (few) critical reviews on here and had to leave one myself - I’ve been a patient as has my family since the clinic opened, we still travel the 1 hr round trip here since we moved from Port to elsewhere. I’ve found some brilliant GP’s here, having seen quite a few of them now and the level of care has been consistently very high. Yes, sometimes errors happen or things aren’t perfect like every business or profession, but they are few and far between at PMM. It would be hard to find a medical centre not stretched over the past few years.

My daughters have both received excellent care at the clinic, and both have complex medical needs. In particular, Dr Saunders, Dr Rhodes, Dr Langford, Dr Lewis have all been very thorough and caring. Highly recommended.

I previously left a negative review, but after receiving a call from the clinical director, I wanted to retract these comments and provide a more positive review.

First and foremost, our telehealth appointment with the doctor was excellent. The doctor whom we spoke provided us well informed advise regarding our newborn's health.

Secondly, I appreciate the follow up that was taken by clinic after my initial negative review. They have taken the extra time to reach out to us and acknowledging the misunderstanding that occurred during our booking. This made us feel valued and heard as a patient/customer. Furthermore, It was unexpected with how the clinic handled the situation and even offered compensation for the inconvenience that we experienced which not alot of clinic/establishment do.

Overall, when it comes to clinical advised and recommendations, this clinic has been exceptional and was attentive to our health concerns. I will be sure to recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical assistance.

Having attended this clinic intermittently for about three years, I have encountered several staff over that period and they have been universally excellent - professional, engaged and willing to go 'above and beyond' to advocate for patients.
There is clearly a strong culture of service and professionalism underpinning this medical practice. Highly recommended.

Excellent Experience! The clinic is professional, fast response and staffs are very friendly and helpful. I received my first dose of Pfizer at the Port Melbourne Medical Vaccination Clinic. Booking the appointment was uncomplicated with fast response and fully inform about everything that I need to know before the vaccination. I love all the appointment reminders, it was a good experience and I highly recommended this practice.

I met Dr Van Vu today. I have been with the practice many years and my GPs come and go. She was so lovely and is determined to sort out my health issues. Highly recommend her and Im adopting her for my forever GP unless she escapes x

I am a health care worker and received my Pfizer vaccines in May. For both appointments, I had a wait time of 30 minutes in hospital, so when I took my daughter for her first Pfizer dose at the Port Melbourne Medical Vaccination Clinic, I was expecting a similar wait time. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed when my daughter was seen straight away. The staff were professional and gentle with my daughter and the process quick and easy. A big shout out to the security guard for quietly and politely reminding a person to wear their face mask properly. I would highly recommend this clinic to the community, keep up the great work!!

I highly recommend this practice. I have been attending this practice for several years and have found all the doctors, nurses and staff to be very caring, professional and knowledgeable. The practice has gone to great lengths to keep everyone safe during Covid. The service at the practice and at the vaccination clinic is outstanding.

I’ve experienced some relatively complicated health needs over the past 20 years, so I’ve had considerable occasion to interact with a notable number of health professionals. Just over two years ago I relocated to Port Melbourne and undertook the difficult task of finding a new GP. After a number of “interviews” with other clinicians in the area I had the incredibly good fortune of finding Dr Denise Lin.
Dr Lin is, quite simply put, the most extraordinary clinician I have interacted with. While Dr Lin consistently demonstrates incredible insight, and knows her “stuff” inside and out, the characteristic that impressed me was that Dr Lin takes the time to understand her patient, understand their health goals, and to even give a gentle push when she knows there are other options to enhance quality of life.
Dr Lin is the benchmark for excellence.

Broadly, this is a wonderful practice. The administrative staff are efficient, friendly and highly professional. They have a tough job, yet they do their best to accommodate and work with the patients.

This being said, I’ve had contact with two other excellent GPs at the practice - Dr Sue Zhang and Dr Shnedha Nagpal.

Dr Zhang and Dr Nagpal are brilliant clinicians with keen insight and notable attention to detail. Due to my complex conditions I generally try to have my appointments with Dr Lin. This is not always possible thus I’ve been fortunate to be clinically assessed by both drs. They are consistently impressive.

Prior to developing chronic conditions, I worked in a profession where I would regularly attempt to assist my clients form a relationship with top notch GPs. As such I feel as though I’m relatively well placed to give the GPs and staff at Port Melbourne Medical the highest possible commendation

I cannot recommend the Port Melbourne Respiratory Clinic enough. Having caught Covid a few weeks ago and then developed a respiratory infection, the treatment and care from Dr Claire has been top draw. Despite her no doubt being incredibly busy, the care both at the appointment and follow ups since has been just amazing - thank you.

Many years ago I met beautiful Dr Sarah Lewis who said she was opeing a GP clinic. Since the start I have attended this clinic and been so very happy with the level of professional conduct and caring reception staff and Doctors. Over the years I have had some complex issues and I am pleased to say that everyone in the clinic has always tried to help me even during the busy COVID times. Dont know how they do it, but they always really look after their patients.Thank you

I have had a great experience at the clinic recently, from reception to the Dr consults.
As someone new to accessing Medicare (originally from the UK) I found reception were happy to answer any questions I had, never rude.
Dr Shnedha Nagpal has been just excellent. She comes across lovely and calm, caring, friendly & takes a comprehensive approach which is reassuring. Thank you to her and the team. You're appreciated.

The vaccination clinic is run professionally and without fault. I received both doses of Pfizer at The Port Melbourne Medical Vaccination Clinic. Booking both appointments was straight forward and I was promptly sent a thorough pre appointment questionnaire followed by appointment reminders. I was fully informed and comfortable when they administered the vaccine. I am not surprised as this is all in keeping with how the main medical clinic is run.

I have been using this clinic for a few years now. The doctors, nurses and staff are all outstanding. There is a great range of experience and expertise and I always feel very well taken care of. In addition to having overall great GPs, they are lucky to have doctors who are highly respected for their experience in the fields of skin care, women’s health and mental health.
