The Sit Stand desk was not only far higher quality than I had hopped for, its so solid (does not shake at full height with heaps of equipment on it) and the team made sure it was delivered and installed for me the same day. We have an Immigration Consultancy practice and I contacted Hayley at Rose Office Furniture coming out of restrictions to purchase office chairs and desks for the offices. We were able to look at different options for chairs and desks including colour options, sizes and working out how to work the layout. Not being able to go to the showroom, Hayley organised for the Van to come to me with a selection of 5 chairs to try and choose from. They arrived within 90 minutes.
For me the most important piece of furniture was the chair and it came down to the Reed, Ginger and Tonto. I love that flexibility of these choices and that I could adjust the back so that when I am sitting at my desk for 8-10 hours a day and need to be upright in front of my computer I can be in perfect position without needing to add a pillow or move myself forward. I think I would have enjoyed any of the 4 options that I short listed and the ultimate choice for me was the Tonto because personally I love leather.
For the desks I love the diversity of the range and also that they cater to very different price points. I was impressed with the base “Rose” range that looked really good and has a very modern feel for my front of house. For the internal offices I am going for a more executive look.

I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service that I have received and I feel a renewed excitement to work in our newly updated offices.

We purchased two office chairs and a desk top and had a great experience! Joe was very friendly and helpful, and we were very happy to receive free delivery - and the delivery came even earlier than expected! The chairs are great quality and were well priced. We would definite purchase from Rose Furniture again.

After an unsuccessful purchase of an ergonomic chair from a different online store I found Rose Office Furniture. I visited the store last week and shortlisted 2 ergonomic chairs. I made a decision and purchased one. After a few days use I realised it wasn't as comfortable for me as I first thought.

I contacted the store about returning/swapping the chair and the only question they asked was what condition the chair was in. As it was still in showroom condition I was instructed to return it to the store, pick another and they'd refund the difference. They did exactly that, no hassle and a very smooth transition, all with a friendly approach.

This is the best customer service I've received from any store in a long time. I would highly recommend Rose Office Furniture. Not only is the customer service excellent, they also have a extensive range of quality office furniture.

I can highly recommend rose furniture. We have been buying our furniture for our office from Rose over the years. There a business that we trust and when it comes to office furniture we know that were always going to be looked after. The team are great and always willing to look after there customers.

I was in need of a drafting chair for my office and after looking on Google maps there was clearly a cluster of furniture stores in West Melbourne. I first went to a competitor on the corner of Dudley & Spencer. I walked in, not a sole in sight and waited for 5 minutes to see someone only to be told i would have to wait approx 7-10 days for an overpriced office chair.

I drove 1 minute up the street and pulled a U-turn to find Rose Office Furniture. As I entered I was immediately greeted by Tom Rose himself. Within minutes I was sitting in chairs left right and center... although none were drafting chairs. I thought I would be faced with the same problem of having to wait a week or two for a new chair. Not the case at all, Tom told me he could turn any chair into the drafting chair I needed in 10 minutes. And he did just that. I was in and out of there in 15-20 minutes with my new chair. Tom and his team were courteous and VERY efficient. They stock a great range of new and refurbished furniture.

Rose Office Furniture were fantastic to deal with. I was surprised to see the range of modern and stylish furniture that they now have. Staff were helpful and the furniture was affordable. We will definitely be back.
