The Tipsy Cow - Cocktail Tapas Bar & Beer Garden

Tonight we were served by Amber, my partner and I visited for dinner alongside our dog our friends and their dog. I can confidently say that this was the first time we felt so welcomed, our dogs were treated with love, treats, pets and comfort! Having huskies people are usually quick to judge but the staff was so kind and accommodating!

As for food we ordered a variety of dishes and they were finger licking good and served without delay!

With two large dogs we were still given the option on dining anywhere ( indoor or outdoor) we felt comfortable!!

Indulged in an exceptional evening at this cheese haven! The menu is a flawless blend for a light dinner or tapas with cocktails. The staff's warmth made us and our pooch feel right at home. A must-visit for a charming escape with delicious drinks. Highly recommend!

Great vibes and music. Staff, especially Shaq and Paul, are very friendly. The food is also great. The grazing board was amazing.

Held a 30th over the weekend and everything was exceptional. Definitely a go to if you want to host an event as the staff are attentive,courteous and professional and management ensure you have a good time from start to finish.
Couldn't fault anything about this establishment other than the location of the bathroom that is up a steep flight of stairs.

Also want to add that the manager (Shaq) is great to deal with.

Very good place for some snacks. I wish they had a better beer-on-tap selection, but still 5 stars to me, the canned one I had was spot on!

The staff is super friendly. I had a really good time w/ my friends and my little puppy here last night. I highly recommend this place especially for anyone who is looking to take their furr friends with them.

A perfect and cosy spot to catch up with friends over a grazing board and some drinks. We sat out in the fully enclosed courtyard which was lovely and warm even on a cold winter afternoon. It was exciting to receive efficient and friendly table service too and meet some of the local puppies!!!

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it always feels like coming home to family. The atmosphere and staff are all top notch and always love coming here with friends for cocktails and food.

Good food, Great drinks. Happy hour everyday 4-7pm. Fully dog friendly. Everyone should come for a visit!

In our fast-paced world, where everything seems to be just a click away, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find places that allow us to escape the whirlwind of quick fixes and truly savour the present but today, as the grey Melbourne skies bucketed down, I tucked myself away in this gem of a place that perfectly embodies the art of slowing down and indulging in life's simple pleasures. So, it wasn't hard to add this to my list of special places to visit, where I know that I can immerse myself in the art of living and relax. Oh, and it's also a haven for cocktail enthusiasts, with a list of seemingly handcrafted concoctions, so with my Coco Loco and, (later), Cabana Mama, I sunk myself into a cosy-corner couch and took in the great atmosphere.

We had a great time here with our dogs 🐕 atmosphere is friendly and laid back, chairs are comfy, indoor and outdoor areas are very nice and it’s not too noisy. There’s a great drinks selection (cocktails are great value during happy hour!) and we enjoyed the cheese board too. It’s not often you find a truly dog friendly place like this one. We will definitely be back to try more drinks and the pizza 🍕

Staff here are very friendly, they provide a fabulous atmosphere for doggy and even if you just want a good place to be, this is IT. SO. GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!

We came here for my partner’s birthday and it was great! We were a group of 14 ppl and we had a semi-private space just for us. Even though we were 20 minutes late to our booking they still accommodated us without any issue. The variety of cocktails was amazing too.

We had a work event here and it was just lovely! The ambience upstairs was perfect. The food was great, and it came out very quickly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We all had a great time☺😍

I've been here a couple times now, before with the pooch and without the pooch. Its a great pet friendly bar that does awesome cocktails. Its warm a warm, cosy and friendly vibe.

Cute little venue with great mixologist and lovely service

I went here first time with my friends on the new year eve and also for my birthday. Everything is perfect. Food was so good, the cocktails were unbelievable. Plus the staff and customer service is amazing. They are so friendly and look after us very very well. This is my favorite cocktail bar ever. Definitely come back and highly recommended. Thank you for making our new year and my birthday is so special and can't forget.

AMAZING! Great Service, Great vibe and amazing drinks. 4pm-7pm happy hour on all cocktails. Can't go wrong with a cocktail and your dog in the venue. A must see attraction for Port Melbourne!
