We had a disappointing experience at Port Lincoln Intersport today. We’ve always tried to support local businesses and on the weekend my father went to Intersport to buy new casual shoes.
After wearing the shoes for a few hours, my fathers feet were hurting but he didn’t want to make a fuss, or feel comfortable returning them (plus his feet were hurting), so my son took the shoes and receipt back to the store to return them or swap them for a more suitable pair of shoes. The attitude of the sales attendant was dismissive and didn’t even try to offer a solution. They were more worried about what they would do with a “used” pair of shoes, than meet the customers needs.
Poor form as far as I am concerned.
