In fairness the reviews made me expect the worst, but I found everyone quite patient and professional, from reception to GP to Haematologist. Quite long waiting times though.

My wife and myself see dr Sam Assad and he is an amazing doctor!! So gentle and so caring.
We have had experience with other doctors there as well they are also amazing.
Most of the receptionist we have dealt with also are pretty amazing.
Thanks guys for providing us a great service .

Good doctors and friendly receptionists . This clinic is really busy and may need to wait an hour passed your appointment time in peak hours.

First time user of Bulleen Plaza Medical Centre and couldn't be happier. Dr Ali was wonderful, true professional with a very caring approach. Reception staff were just as good, even though they were extremely busy. Thank you to all.

I have been a patient of Dr Katie’s at Bulleen Plaza Medical Centre for 15 years. I am constantly reassured and given 5 star service from her. She is nurturing, straight to the point and thorough in her examinations. When Dr Katie is booked out and I need urgent care the reception staff are great at accommodating me to another female Dr as soon as possible without much of a wait. All the dr’s are fantastic so when it’s busy I know I am always going to be in safe hands! Thank you for everything the team at Bulleen Plaza has done for me over the years.

Okay not sure where to start but I recently moved to Doncaster area and asked around for a medical centre to take my Dad to. At first I was hesitant because of the online reviews but let me tell you how kind the receptionist who looked after us was. Her name is Husna. She not only made sure that my old man wasn’t waiting for too long before his appointment, but also guided us to the right GP.
The place was very busy and clearly understaffed but the way she managed the patients and greeted them with a smile was truly a sign of dedication towards the business. Highly recommended and will visit again. Thank you Husna.

Dr John Deady is a phenomenal doctor, who demonstrates impeccable patient care. He takes the time to explain and communicate effectively. Unlike many doctors i’ve seen both publicly and privately, Dr Deady shows a fundamentally sincere sense of care for his patients, as opposed to simply feeling like a customer. If i could award him 6 stars i would! Keep up the awesome work you do!

It's been 13 years since we moved interstate.
For anything major we still fly back to see Dr Sam.
He is one of a handful of humanitarians that I have met in my 60 years.
Dr Sam is an angel sent to look after us.
So much respect.

Helen is definitely the only receptionist who’s amazing such a kind heart give that lady a raise the rest have a lot to learn from her in regards to customer service

We had no problems getting an appointment at a convenient time to see the lovely Dr Chen.
We were promptly seen without waiting, & our consult was thorough, friendly & efficient, but not rushed. It was so refreshing having this type of 'old-fashioned' medical care. The only minor fault was the small size of the consulting room which made it difficult for 2 adults & a walker to get into.

People with bad reviews on here are very unfair to this clinic. This is a large very well equipped clinic. Staffed by great doctors. Whenever you turn up for your appointment often an elderly person turns up or a child with some emmergency and they need to be seen immediately, so doctors are obliged to see patients in order of medical priority. Its common sense and its everywhere. If the clinic is busy, just ask how long will it be and go next door have a coffee and come back on time. Nothing is lost. They bulk bill so they are very popular and their doctors are great. So why do u want to miss out on great medical service just because you had to wait an extra hour. By the way I am one of their earliest patients and i i wou never go any where else.

Dr Katy Abraham has been our family doctor for over 15 years and has looked after my family very well. She is highly trusted, professional and genuinely caring. Dimi at reception has also been fantastic throughout the years.

Needed a medical certificate late one night and the medical receptionists who took my calls were so friendly and understanding. Dr Qiyuan Chen was also very patient and helpful. Thank you to the hardworking staff at Bulleen plaza medical centre for all you do!!

Dr Hanna is the best GP I've ever seen. She's treats mental health with care and respect. The wait times can be long and I travel from Coburg but its always worth it. Cannot recommend her enough.

Sometimes you have a wait a while I see dr sam but it's worth the wait he's very thorough in his work highly recommended and actually cares about your personal health issues 😄
Unlike most gps they just want to get you in and get you out asap!

I would like to say that the service here has improved dramatically!!!
There was a time where you would walk in sick and not feeling the best but to top it all off the reception was absolutely abhorrent .No smile , No good evening ...and you felt second class.
Nowadays its a joy to be able to feel welcomed and invited . The doctors are terrific in particular Dr Masood. Kind gentle and has time to understand your circumstance.
As for the reception , Vicki , your smile and bubbly personality ensures one gets a boost the immune system and ego I might add .The new team is fabulous, vibrant and caring.
Waiting time , has improved greatly and even when you may have to wait .....all of the above good vibes makes the wait bearable.

Exemplary service, very quick to attend to me and all the staff were incredibly compassionate. I visited this clinic for the first time on a Sunday in desperation and could not speak more highly of this practice. Rarely do you find such service these days, particularly on a Sunday! I’m very fortunate to have been treated here

Dr Sam Assad is a fantastic doctor. He is attentive, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares for his patients.

Dr Assad is wonderful. We had ongoing issues with my baby’s blocked tear duct for ten weeks. We went to several other Gp’s and even saw 2 paediatricians and they didn’t have much to say other than it can take up to 6 months to open up and to massage inner corner of the eye. We went to this doctor for our baby having a cold and briefly mentioned the blocked tear duct, he told us to massage a different part of the eyelid (upper inner corner) which the other GPs didn’t tell us. Within a day and massaging it twice the tear duct unblocked. A true miracle. So grateful this this wonderful doctor and his expertise.

Sometimes there IS a long wait, but I also have a fair way to travel, so I don't like to have to sit there waiting for too long, as just the trip driving is so long --- to begin with.

However,
Doctor Atala Abraham is wonderful.

He has been my Dr for many many years now, and has helped me,
and continues to help me when I come to see him.

He always gives me what I ask for and what I need,
and I am very grateful to him for this always.
