Perfect getaway for city residents. The quiet little town and a bit far away from the main road which means less road noise.

Awesome clean amenities, friendly staff. Kangaroo visits regularly.

Beautiful and peaceful park. Incredibly well maintained, spotless amenities and a lovely small fenced, off leash area for dogs. Perfectly located near the McIvor River walking trail, fantastic if you love to walk or if like us you are travelling with dogs. One of my favourite places of all we have visited. Cannot fault!

Firstly, we were met by Barbara at the office - SO welcoming and warm! We didn't have a booking but that was NO problem. The amenities are absolutely spotless, there is even a small fenced off leash dog area. Supermarket and pub and pizza close by!

We booked a powered site at this lovely picturesque caravan park for 5 nights and loved every second of it... Great clean level sites, amazing star views at night and so peaceful and quiet! Park owners were so lovely and helpful, and amenities were well maintained and clean... The camp kitchen even has a Gas powered Pizza oven available to use for free! Super close to town and to local sightseeing places. And only a shirt trip to Bendigo!
We will be back for sure....

Friendly owners, clean facilities and great location within walking distance of the main street. It's so good even a mob of kangaroos visit every night at dusk! An awesome sight for the kids and adults alike.

Located in the heart of Heathcote. The showers are hot and clean and the BBQ area very well maintained. We came to visit friends many times before but this is our first time staying overnight.

Great van park with clean amenities & camp kitchens spread out. Laundry with book swap. Lovely grassed area for nonpwered sites which kangaroos keep short in the evenings. Central fire pit (winter). Enclosed, grassed dog run. Pub, IGA, & other takeaway food outlets a short walk into town. We stayed as a cheaper base for Bendigo (1/2 hour drive). Thoroughly recommend & would stay again.

Beautiful campground that is well maintained and has very good facilities including a dog run which is a fantastic option for dog lovers. Very close to main street which is less than a 5 minute walk. Happy to recommend and will be back for sure.

Lovely quiet caravan/ camp site. Clean tidy toilet and laundry blocks.Really helpful owners, river alongside with path to walk to town on. Pets welcome on leads. Will definitely come again.

Travelled from Cairns stopping at various camps and this ones one of the best.
Not a new place but well kept, tidy and you can definitely see pride in the presentation. Love the doggie run!

Really well-managed. Immaculately clean. Excellent greeting and check in. A hot shower and 12 hours sleep after cycling the O’Keefe Rail Trail from Bendigo.

We stopped here unexpectedly and so glad we did. The owner was very helpful and friendly, there's a leash free area which was fantastic to let the dogs have a good run. Camp fires allowed, lots of amenities and a bonus of roos and rabbits at dusk. Very short walk to the town. Will be back to this park for sure.

Called up Heathcote Caravan Park a few days before our stay looking for a room for 1 night, gentleman on the phone was very helpful and found us something, stayed in a lovely cabin with no ensuite however amenities were meters away opposite, room was warm, bed was comfortable, had a lovely stay. Service at check-in was lovely, walked 5 minutes into town for dinner. We always pass through Heathcote to visit family but we will definitely be coming back for a longer to stay there next time. Thank you

Really nice well kept Park , facilities were spotless , flat sites for vans and plenty of room for the kids to run around , easy walk into town, brewery , eateries

We stayed here as part of a large group - half stayed in cabins half on powered sites. The staff were wonderful, accommodating and welcoming. The caravan park was quiet, an easy walk to the local pool. The cafes are also a quick and easy walk. The amenities were clean. The cabins were basic but very clean. There are also camp kitchens and a fire pit. We will be back to stay, we all loved it. Thank you.

We had a large family group stay on the very grassy unpowered sites. Everything was perfect, facilities all very clean and great camp kitchen. So good to be able to have a fire. Sharon and Chris are excellent managers, making sure we were happy with everything. A perfect park. Thankyou for having us.

We stayed a night here to break a long journey with our small children who were jetlagged after arriving from Scotland. This was great, there were Kangaroos on the lawn in the morning, and possums in the tree outside our cabin. The cabin had everything we needed. The dinner at the local pub was brilliant and the playpark on the main road through was brilliant.

Really lovely reasonably priced campground. Highly recommend
