I have been to this clinic multiple times before, and they have always helped me to anything that I have befallen to.

Just be warned, these guys are Russian (I believe), so you will get a bit of a culture shock, don't expect a smile or cheery attitude from any of them. No, It doesn't mean they disrespect you or anything, it's just that they are doing their jobs and a 'duty smile' not a customary thing to do. Just be polite and to the point.

The best doctors we have found in Melbourne. Friendly, and always open when we want them.

They are always running late with their appointments

I had a booking for 3:30 and attended the clinic at 3 PM. Waited for 2 hours watching people come and go. When I asked when the GP was going to be available to see me, I was told there were few more people before me. This is at 4:30. You go to see a doctor to seek for health and you leave even worst! Terrible receptionist and very rude personnel

Worst clinic I've visited. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

Terrible experience at this clinic. Came here three times, each time waiting period was well over an hour despite appointment and with no apologies.
The doctor was equally disappointing, he took two minutes for his diagnosis, asked no questions at all, didn’t seem to listen to what was being described to him as the problem and the situation and prescribed some medication which he said take for a “couple of days”. When this medication didn’t help and we came back a few weeks later, it was described by a colleague of his working at the same place as “you should stop taking this garbage”
The entire place seems extremely disorganized and unprofessional and you get the feeling they are trying to handle as many clients as possible in as little time as possible to increase their Medicare Bulk Bill.
I guess you get what you pay for - which in our case was nothing...

Very dated practice that does not feel professional. You may get the doctor to see you on time, if you're Russian. I had an appointment but left after waiting for an hour when I realised that clients already known to the practice that walked in long after me, were seen immediately.

First time visit. 2 hour delay without apology. Terrible personal skills.
Definitely won't be coming back nor recommending this clinic to anybody.

45 minutes late for appointment then refused to even examine a specialist report don’t go here!

Rude receptionists . The line is constantly buisy from 4 pm is impossible to get through. If you need an appointment after 4 pm they dont let you make it before 4 pm. But when you call them at 4 pm it is impossible to get through.

By far the worst clinic I have ever been to, id u come on time you will wait at least 1.5h on your appointment

Had to wait 1h15min to be helped. I never got helped because I ended up leaving. No doctor ever came to assist me, even though I spoke with reception. Never again

Waiting time here is ridiculous, I have had an appointment at 1:30, not it is 3:20 and the line of waiting people hasn't moved.

Misdiagnosed Staph as Ringworm and ended up in the hospital

Terrible service and treatment, not worth it being free
