I had lost my wallet within the store, and their dedication and determination in helping me locate it truly impressed me. Their swift response, willingness to search, and overall kindness made the stressful situation much easier to bear. Thanks to their efforts, my wallet was found, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Kudos to the fantastic team for going above and beyond to help a customer in need. Ridiculous! The female Indian employee there said she cannot open the door for people to go into the convenient store after 9. Never heard about this rule before. What a ridiculous comment that she made

The service wasn’t good at all, the store says it never closes however we asked if we could buy a coffee and she refused to make it saying “the coffee machine is getting cleaned”
Terrible.

I have come to this service station several times, prior to today I suspected that I wasn't receiving my discount when scanning the qr code with the app, tonight I have actually paid attention and noticed that my discount has not been applied to the payment. The staff member explained that they cannot do the discounts manually as they'll lose their jobs, they also refused to call a manager to get this resolved tonight. I'm very unhappy and would like a manager to call me to discuss fixing this issue.

I have been to this store at least once a week since it opened and the toilets have never once been clean or at the least somewhat decent. It is absolutely disgusting that they allow and expect customers to use something this disgusting. Time to take better care of your store.

Two people serving, making coffee, no one. clearing the petrol queue which is out the door!!!!

这里的一个印度女服务员态度极差，凌晨三点的我们在这里加油，我问服务员是否能借用厕所，态度很差的说我们晚上不允许给客人开门连句抱歉也没有，加完油区付钱的时候她也没有理会，按了两次门铃才过来收钱……不好的体验
