After a couple of terrible experiences buying direct from the big board brands. I recently grabbed a custom (the old school way) through this shop. Very, very happy with the board - excellent advice that landed me on the right sort of shape at the right size. Will be back here for all my surf gear from now on!

Hadn't been on a lid since I was a kid. Went in to get fitted out. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Walked me through everything. Total pros. No pushy upselling. Quality products. Had researched prices online and these guys were competitive but had everything instore. Massive inventory available and helped recommend a place to get larger size rashy. Hit the waves today and felt just like a kid again. So stoked with my purchase. Highly recommended to get back on a board.

Ordered longboard online and it was on my door step within 48hrs. It was packaged well in bubble wrap and cardboard box with added protection for nose and tail. Also, pleasantly surprised with two blocks of wax!!

Just go to Torquay. Bigger range, and the people have way better knowledge down there. A surf shop in the burbs says it all really.
