Tassie Camp

A massive clearing just off the track with enough room for a few groups however there is only the one lonely concrete fire pit available so first in, best dressed.
There are no facilities at this campground so you will need to be self-sufficient (no water, toilets or bins) and as always, be good people and practice the leave no trace way of camping.
For a little hidden bush escape within 2 hours from Melbourne you can't go wrong.
Probably worth noting the track leading directly from Tassie camp to Trawool Reservoir is 4wd access especially after some rain.

Stunning area as always, young p plater 4WDs need to learn some respect for other campers though.

Bush camp no toilets/ water u have to bring ever thing can get very busy on the week ends some good 4x4 around the tracks.

Secluded spot that's flat, has a fire pit, and even 2wd can access this via the south.

Great camp spot. With big fire place.
No water, electricity, toilet or garbage bin.
4 wheel drive highly recommended

The camp ground is very basic Bush camping. The road in was good and the the camping area appeared to be big.
A good get away for the more prepared and adventurous camper.

Rubbish and glass is a bit of an issue as people tend to have large parties up there. Accessable by 2wd unless the tracks are washed out in bad weather

Not good for family with kids, glasses and rubbish around the campsite.
