I have never experienced such a great customer service in my entire life. I was so sceptical reading the reviews but I am so glad I gave it a go. Mishelle spent nearly to hours to find the right fit for my shape making me feel relaxed in such an intimate environment. Excellent customer service with a high quality of beautiful French loungerie.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in a shop ! The woman was so disgusting and rude I don’t ever think I want to purchase again despite. Having so many of your lingerie products mostly purchased overseas

Bad service , I was charged in error an excess of $95 and emailed them straightaway to ask for refund. Haven't heard anything at all and rang them and still no answer or return of call. BAD service DO NOT VISIT
