Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Colac

I would highly recommend the staff at Specsavers Colac! The ladies all knew their job and didn't push me for something I didn't need not want. Professionaly done with a smile and made me feel comfortable and it was done well within 20 mins! I would encourage anyone who knows what they want or need to book with them! Other companies are just money generated with no personal care for the client but Colac Specsavers put me first and made me comfortable in a specified time and respected my needs.

I always tell my friends how great the experience is at Specsavers. I have been going there for the last 25 years and never had a problem if I broke my glasses or do anything silly with them. They’re there to fix repair do whatever and they’ve always treated me very well

My husband recently got a bit of metal in his eye from welding, we went straight to specsavers, the staff were very good at assessing the problem, the metal was taken out and drops recommended. We then discussed safety glasses.

I previously went to spec savers when I got some metal in my eye, now after many drops my eye has healed, but there is some permanent damage, so I am getting prescription safety glasses, so it doesn't happen again.

Highly recommend the Colac store. The service is fully one on one and the staff have come across as happy in their employment on every visit I have made. It isn't just about new prescriptions either. The Optometrists have been involved in finding issues with my eyes that required surgery. They wrote the referrals and sent them off for me to be seen by other eye Specialists promptly and efficiently.

Visited Specsavers, Colac today and was so impressed with their efficiency I wanted to leave a review for all to read! I was in awe of their technology in testing your eyes, results shown on screen for evaluation, referrals written without hesitation for follow-up with specialists if necessary and of course the friendly staff was a bonus, thank you Specsavers!!

Had a lovely experience at Specsavers choosing new sunglasses. Summer and Steph were extremely helpful choosing the perfect frames that suit me! Great customer service skills with a smile

I find Spec savers provided a very good service and value for money. My only negative is I would like to see a few frames that are small so I can look over the top of them for distance. Only once have I found this, maybe I will bring them in so you can see what I mean. Overall a good service in Colac.
