The nicest reception staff, every single doctor is professional, caring and wanting to truly find out how to help. I’ve never been dismissed here and all my symptoms are always taken seriously. Special thanks to Dr Dobbing who is beyond fantastic with kids, Dr Katal who showed me so much grace and human compassion and Kerrie who is always kind and caring.

Dr Cameron Payne is one of the best child friendly GPS I have experienced in a long time. Incredible engagement with my 1yr old and his bunny. I knew he’d be great the moment he greeted my son the patient, even before me.

I recently became a new patient of this clinic and I can not fault them at all. All of the staff including nurses, doctors and reception staff are so warming and welcoming. They are family friendly and are always looking to help their patients to the best of their ability. I honestly can not fault anyone at the clinic. If you are looking for a new clinic this is the one for you!

I saw Dr Dobbing recently and he was professional, thorough and took the time to address various health concerns. I have also taken my kids recently for immunisations and health checks. Could not be happier with the care we received. I highly recommend PFGP if you’re looking for a family friendly GP clinic.

Dr Sairah Andrabi is compassionate, attentive and very thorough. She provides thoughtful explanations and her care is very reassuring. Reception staff are very well mannered and very friendly. The pathology nurse, Suzi, was very funny and put me at ease while collecting my blood.

Dr Natasha Gupta is absolutely beautiful. Really attentive, thorough and has a gentle and caring way.
I've only seen her once, and she will be our new family doctor.
Some sensitive tests were ordered, and I had a long wait over a few days. I went in to have my bloods taken, and went into the reception to ask when they may be back. The nurse - Megan overheard and asked me a few questions about my test. She told me she would watch out for the results and call me as soon as they were in.
Once I rang to check in (I just couldn't wait) she got clearance from the doctor and gave me happy news over the phone. She shared in my excitement, and was just as equally lovely as Dr Natasha.
This clinic goes above and beyond, and you really feel cared about. Not just another number.
I'm so happy to have found them!

The best doctors in town. I have seen many different doctors here and they all are very caring, gentle and thoughtful. They always listen to what i said and try their best to help me, follow up with my illness to make sure that i will feel better. And the receptionists are very helpful, polite and lovely.
