Some seriously good good, and one of the finer restaurants in Epping. Highly recommended for events and special occasions. We had the cod croquettes, kale salad, scotch fillet, porterhouse, panacotta, and Mandarin ginger tart. Everything was lovely. The steaks are fantastic.

Points for improvements, don't hand menus for guests to carry in themselves at the front counter while seating them, have a second, spare napkin for the lap (not just for cutleries).

Great friendly service by all the staff. Keep up the great work!!

Other than that, fantastic finer food in Epping. Would recommend and return.

I love coming in here to grab my coffee! Beautiful coffee! The staff working at the bar are so friendly, one of the nicest places to visit for drinks, food and coffee! Best staff ever!!

Bought a two course meal and wine deal from
Groupon. From the moment we arrived at The Trader both the person in charge and our wait staffer Luigi were attentive, polite and helpful. The food was very well presented, hot and delicious. The wines were of a lovely quality and crisp on the palette. The desserts of chocolate ice cream and peanut butter slice and ice cream were a perfect end to a our dining experience.The restaurant has a fresh and modern feel and the glassware and the cotton napkins were a classy touch. I would recommend this restaurant that no doubt will grow in popularity and demand.

Was very pleasantly surprised by Trader restaurant and bar. Came for a family dinner and were welcomed very warmly. Menu was small, but everything on it was done perfectly. The staff were charming and made you feel right at home. Looking forward to returning!

I went with my friend & the staff & food was AMAZING! We ordered the 3 course meals & it was very affordable! Highly recommended. & a big thank you to Daniele he was VERY kind and made sure we were happy the entire time. Looking forward to making another visit soon!

Breakfast buffet was amazing. Eggs, hash browns, pastries, toast, fruit and yoghurt! Lots of juice too!!!
