F45 Training Lara

I’ve been at F45 Lara since they first opened and it’s such a great gym! The vibe and atmosphere of the classes is amazing and the trainers are there to help you achieve your results. So glad I made the decision 2 years ago to join!

I have been to a few gyms while on my fitness journey and I can safely say F45 Lara is the best there is. The encouragement and team spirit really is amazing and I was made to feel so comfortable even as a newbie! Amazing gym and even better team/coaches who have helped me to reach goals I didn’t even see as possible

I joined Lara f45 when they first opened almost 2 years ago.
Having trained in many gyms prior, I’ve never felt more at home, supported and guided in my fitness journey.
The team at Lara have impacted my life in such a positive way.

I joined F45 Lara on the day they opened their studio and been there almost every day since.
The coaching team are genuinely invested in working with members on their goals, however they may differ, and I really appreciate the attention they pay to ensuring we are using correct technique, getting a good stretch in and recovering between sessions.
There is a tangible sense of community in the gym that is fostered from the top by Rachel and Hayden and working out is fun!

I’ve been at F45 since April this year and have loved every minute of it! There is a great sense of community, the member and staff are very friendly and make the sessions fun! Great for footy players looking to get that extra bit of fitness.

I’m on my first week so far and absolutely love F45 Lara, I’ve spent my life hating gyms so I’m so happy I’ve found something like this! The trainers are amazing and really push you to your limits. Such a great environment and fantastic energy in the studio 10/10 recommend this to anyone.

I have been a member of F45 Lara since they have opened their doors and have had the best experience with them. Their studio is incredible, the workouts are next level and all the trainers are super knowledgeable and friendly. The whole vibe of the place is something I truly look forward each day!

The F45 lara team are super friendly and professional. Very helpful with equipment requirements and altering your technique for better muscle activation and prevention of injury. Also super diligent with cleaning equipment and temp screening. Great friendly environment, with supportive trainers.

I was so happy that an F45 was opening up in Lara and the professional team of trainers have been amazing, I am loving the classes and look forward to each session.
