After being a victim of an accidental house fire, Bedshed came on board and with a compassionate and professional attitude they promptly got the beds to us and had them assembled. All we had to do is have a good night sleep in our new place.

We were greeted by Rob at bedshed Craigieburn, to be completely honest it was the most amazing experience we have ever received! His customer service was truly unmatched. He gave us the best advice not only for mattresses but also life advice. It is an experience we will never forget and we walked away with the most perfect mattress all thanks to Rob! He was very genuine & did not push our decision what so ever, you can tell all he wanted was for us to have fun & make the decision ourselves whilst also providing very professional advice and knowledge on the mattresses! Our experience was exceptional with the help of Adrian. From the moment we came in to the moment we walked out he has been so helpful. My husband and I were complete opposites in looking for a mattress so it was abit tricky to find something that suited us both. We came to an agreement and found something we both liked but that with the help of Adrian, I don’t think it would have been possible.

I visited Bedshed Craigieburn earlier this morning looking for a brand new mattress to replace my very old mattress that was giving me horrible back pain and was served by Adrian and then by Robert who made sure I was provided with as much information as possible to make sure I was making the right choice for my needs and my budget and I hope that after trying my new mattress for 60 days I can write another review as to whether this mattress was worth every dollar I spent. Thanks to Robert and Adrian and I will let you know how the mattress is performing very soon when it gets delivered very soon and I am sleeping on it for the next few days, weeks and months.

We highly recommend the salesmanship and excellent customer service given by Robert during our recent mattress selection. He explained the benefits of all mattresses we tried enabling us to chose what we needed without rushing the decision. He was highly informative with the specifications of all products shown to us. Cant wait for our new Cordoba to be delivered.
