Got my bloods taken today by parveen and it was so painless. She did a great job

Been there a few times for aviation related blood test checks.
I have found the wait times minimal, staff friendly, caring and attentive.
Both blood takings were gentle with minimal discomfort.

Was seen to speedily, treated professionally and with a friendly manner

What a horrible experience. The pathologist didn’t even change gloves between patients. She goes on to fix the printer, type away on the computer for ages in the same gloves and then draws my blood out. Such bad practice putting patients at risk

Opening hrs 8.30 for a Saturday morning, got there 8.25 and I was number 10 in line. By 9.15 only number 1 had apparently been done and when I enquired was told that we had to be patient. Walked across the road and was immediately done by 4cyte pathology.

Was there from 10:30 till 12 and was not seen, at 12 they told me they couldn’t see me and that we had to go somewhere else, my mother had diabetes and was fasting and we had to wait for so long and ended up leaving. Worst pathologist at Edgewater today.

Came for my glucose tolerant test which means I’m pregnant and have been fasting. Was told that all
Pathology should tend to those doing GTT first as you have to be there for 3 hours. When I told her I’m there for it she dismissed me and said well
You have to wait like everyone else. No sympathy as a woman and health worker. I’m shocked at the treatment of patients at this clinic and hope they see this review.

This is the 3rd time in a row, I've been disappointed and wasted my time coming here for blood tests.
The staff is useless. Had called them asking if I can come in for the Glucose Tolerance Test, they said yes and there were hardly 2 patients before me and I've waited for 2hrs and no one enquired or asked about what tests I have.
Wasted my whole day of fasting whilst pregnant.

Dorevitch Pathology A 5 star rating? Well definitely not for thIs clinic... For all those that do their research first, please dontt be fooled by what the trading hours advertised on the web as well as the back of the dorevitch referral forms... Actual trading hours start 9.00am NOT 8am as advertised everywhere else except the actual clinic itself!... Some useful feedback for management... “Please find a professional web/graphic designer to update your trading hours as the one you currently use has half a brain”!

Hire more staff than keeping patients waiting forever and get rid of that ancient ‘take a number system’ horrible service

Only one staff member working. As usual, the pensioners force their way in first and people who actually need to work are late.

Very poor with time management.
