Dr Didier Grolaux is fantastic! He is sooo thorough that when I was going to walk away he rang me to ask to come in for procedure which saved me from a heart attack. I can't express my gratitude to this man and his staff enough. Exceptionally intuitive!, thank you for listening to me and for listening to your instincts!!!!

We saw Dr Grolaux in in July, very unhappy with the whole affair..

Patient was almost made to have an invasive procedure which would have cost lots of money, until I ask to be seen by someone in Monash..I wanted to be referred to see a Cardiac surgeon but instead I was asked to see another Cardiologist who then proceded to arrange test less invasive and cost was covered by medicare.
We still did not see the Cardiologist..depsite numerous calls for an appt, the receptionists was not very helpful, so was Dr Grolaux receptionist. asking us to wait...we had all the test done and still awaiting to see the Specialist, all my request to see another Specialist was denied. In the end I made the appt myself, and was seen yesterday on the 16th of Sept, after 2 months of waiting, we never saw the other cardiologist, as she was booked out, if it was that urgent why werent we seen earlier, the Cardiac surgeon we saw yesterday now has arranged for the surgery to take place in Nov, had we been to see him in July/Aug, the operation would already been done...Dr Grolaux, you need to listen to your patients properly,.and not be embarrased to refer us to someone else,.....thank you
