I have recently purchased the Moran Princess Queen headboard and encasement. The quality is outstanding. Beautiful craftsmanship. As for the service, well Sandra was incredibly helpful to me. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was professional, caring, understanding and did what she said she would do. I have no hesitation in recommending Moran and most definitely will buy again. I was really surprised to see some of the negative reviews regards Moran Leather Lounges & Chairs. I feel compelled to comment on my experience with Moran.
My two seater sofa & two armchairs have celebrated their 36th year Birthday with me!!! Regular cleaning - feeding of the leather they have
served me well.

Went amd bought some Oliver 3 seat couches, ( 3 infact) and two singles. Est value approximately $25000 value. Got them at the clearance weekend for less than $6500. Best furniture ever!! Very happy 7 years old now and just breaking them in.

I had to get some replacement parts for a piece of Moran furniture and was very pleased with the service and the professional manner in which I was attended to.

The spare parts arrived promptly as promised and were expertly wrapped to avoid any damage in transit.

We bought Moran Vera bedsides from its dealer. On its website the description says it is built of all solid oak. It's a bold faced lie. The so-called solid oak timbers for both body and drawers are all particle boards with veneers. MORAN used to be a name of reputation. Now its trading name is UNMORAL.

Very disappointed. Once regarded as the best. Purchased 2 leather reclining couches and now after 3 years they are virtually useless. Motor on one seat stopped working after 18 months but the worst thing is that the whole couch is collapsing so framework and padding inferior.

Moran furniture once the well known,well made excellent furniture .It is an Absolutely tragedy now .I spent $3700 on each 3 seater benson leather in 2003 .Which was big money back then .After 10 years the leather pealed ripped and wasted away .My moran ottermans as well have also peeled away .It is not real leather .IT'S reconstituted paste leather . SO VERY DISSAPOINTED .IT WILL COST $500 PER CUSHION TO RECOVER each cushion .So $3000 to do all cushions on 3 seater .I will never buy moran again and would never recommend it.The worst quality
