Roof Rack HQ

I recently purchased a Rhino Roof Rack for my Volkswagen Transporter Trakkadu T6.1. The Trakkadu T6.1 has a fibreglass poptop and as such a lot of other Roof Rack retailers would not even dare touch it, as they are not experienced enough to work with fibreglass roofs.

But as it turns out, Leo of Roof Rack HQ has the expertise and capabilities to make this installation. The service was prompt and the installation very quick. He had the exact parts required to complete the job.

We used the Rhino Roof racks to mount our Gen 3 Starlink and it was perfect for our outback adventure. Allowing us to maintain constant and safe communication with our loved ones at all time, even in the far reaches of the outback deserts.

I was looking for the roof rack on my SWB Pajero with bare roof. I visited a lot of shops with roof racks, but nobody was really sure which typ will fit on my car or they didn't have it in stock. Leo quickly have a look on my roof and he know immediately which solutions is best for me. He bring 2 boxes, everything explained and answered my questions. Everything was done less then 10 min. The self installation took about 2,5 h. I really recommend this guy a specialy if you not sure about the type or others have a problem with a stocks.

I went to see Leo at Roof Rack HQ in a panic because the roof top tent that I ordered did not fit the Rhino Rack on my FJ cruiser even though the manufacturer said it would. Leo helped me out immediately, he changed my roof racks over, installed the roof top tent for me and sold me a killer Rhino Batwing awning for the FJ. I'm now off to tne Kimberley in comfort.

When going to Manufacturer's original Roof Rack parts, the parts department was not sure if roof rack will fit opened sun roof without damaging.

When going to another roof rack supplier, they are not sure if their roof rack will fit as well.

Leo got it right, installed with roof box, answered all my questions, teach me how to mount/unmount roof rack + roof box. All done in less than 1 hour.

I came the day before to book items as he can be quite busy, and still happy to help.

After calling literally every Rhino Rack stockist in Melbourne, I phoned Roof Rack HQ. Every stockist previously told me I’d need to wait at least 1 week for a Pioneer Platform then a further few days for install. Leo was flat out and managed to squeeze me in, same day, at a better cost than all others and he installed it in half the time! Very impressive, make sure you call him when You’re in the market.

Good pricing and service. Happy with the installation quality and wasn't without the car for long.
