Lovely food and very friendly staff. Meals were quick, and although there was a few mix ups all got sorted in the end. Would recommend for a no fuss pub meal if passing through

Called into the Farmers Arms for some food and drinks whilst visting family in the area and was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a great selection of food and drinks. Had the Duck dish that was on the specials board and enjoyed every mouthful.
If passing through or living in the area its definitely worth a visit also met the owners who were very friendly and gave us some local knowledge whilst visiting the area.
Looking forward to returning again .

came in for a drink on Saturday afternoon, ended up staying 8 hours. Smart clean pub, good beer and drinks selection with really friendly staff and great locals.
Ate here, had the steak with peppercorn sauce and the barramundi, both were excellent.
They are also experimenting with cocktails.
Great bottle-o on the side were I grabbed a carry out.
Can't wait to return to St Arnaud to come back to this great place.

Quaint and quiet historical pre-federation hotel providing food and beverages in a relaxing environment.

Fantastic service and generous portions. Free pizza slices to try went down a treat. Great cozy pub. Staff are considerate, helpful and present well. Meals were superb, steak cooked so well chips and salad spot on. My daughters pasta sauce was a winner and my boys fish and chips hit the spot. Pizzas coming soon.

We had the roast beef special and schnitzel! Such generous portions and came out so quick! Staff were great!

The Farmers Arms is exactly the pub you want, and expect, from a town like St Arnaud.

Full of locals, you’ll quickly feel the tight knit community vibes, and sink into the chair warmed by more than just the fire.

Treated to laughs by the staff, at our expense and/or theirs, it’s a place you’ll talk about to others to add to their stop over, but it’ll also be a place you make sure to visit again.

Popped in here for a light lunch, ended up being rolled out of the place. The food is delicious and the sides will feed an army. Next time I pop in I'll make sure I haven't eaten for a month. A quick note that the selection of drinks are immense. A ginger beer was definitely my favourite.

If you are really lucky you'll be there for a curry special otherwise have to settle for the best parma outside Melbourne

Highly recommend visiting! Situated down the road from the main part of town, the pub itself looks warm and inviting, the interior takes you back in time with high ceilings and wonderful hospitality. We were greeted by bar staff as we walked in, they were very accommodating to us as we were wanting dinner (they were busy) and quickly arranged a table for my partner and I. We were amazed by the vast varieties of drinks, you have an endless pick of wine and booze due to the connecting bottle shop (some amazing imported beers to pick from). The food is fresh, tasty and prepared with care. As a starter we shared the garlic cobb with cheese which was delicious. I ordered the chicken parmigiana which was outstanding; really good portion and just the right ratio of chicken, cheese and sauce. My partner had the Rib eye and it was unbelievably tender, cooked to perfection (medium rare) the sides of chips and salads were great (they have a lovely honey mustard type dressing which pairs well with everything). The staff were lovely the whole time; checked in to make sure everything was okay and gave us enough space at the end when we had finished our meals(weren't rushing to clear our plates to get us out). The overall atmosphere was relaxing, warm and welcoming. If you are travelling through would recommend stopping by for a drink but stay for a meal if you have time.

We loved the pub! The beer garden was beautiful, wonderful ambience and so relaxing to chill out with friends on a sunny afternoon. The service was excellent, really friendly, efficient and helpful. I loved the chips, reminded me of the proper chipper chips from home. Will definitely visit again!!!

Broke down out the front driving home to Adelaide. The lovely staff were HUGELY helpful and very friendly and kind.
