Helpful friendly staff, lovely and clean everywhere including the toilets. Good bar as well. Sound was good in the theatre. Thank you

Perfect location for the piano recital :)
Lots of space.
Great control of interior light, which means it's very easy to take great pictures here.
Even more important the the location: The performances, which were all wonderful, and everyone there had a very nice time. I was very impressed, and so was everyone else.

Brilliant new performance theatre! The seats were good, well lit, the sound system was fantastic and the pristine location. Overall makes it a memorable experience

Great place for a choral concert, worked yesterday with the team at "The Alex" for a concert with the Concord Choir. Excellent venue and good acoustics with very extensive sound system. Technical team "back stage" were fantastic, had little to do with the FOH team but they were excellent. Thanks Tristan.
Will be back for another concert in March.

Lovely performance space with a special Meyer Sound Constellation audio system. This gives the theatre adaptive acoustics.... the ability to make the sound have a longer or shorter reverb time.

Signage from car park was terrible. Too small when I the car driving and not much better when standing at the intersection after parking.

Great place to appreciate art events.

After having extensive surgery I didn't want to miss granddaughters ballet concert, so armed with a walker I attempted the crowd 🤣 but before I could blink, I was directed to an elevator showed my ticket, oh this seat isn't suitable for you so our group of 4, including myself we got new seats better than originally booked. Amazingly helpful staff, was treated with respect, Thankyou for your help had an amazing night 🌙 😍

Have been here a few times lately and it's a great theatre with easy access, comfortable seating, excellent sound and helpful staff. Plenty of parking available too.

Excellent theatre venue with attentive staff. Small enough that you feel a part of the experience, big enough to have a great audience.

Went for a performance "magic at the movies " and love it. The hall is medium size han accommodate fair bit of audience the stage is bit small than expected though.

Great venue - had my daughters dance concert here and it was fabulous

Excellent assistance from ushers. Great show. Good public relations with star of the show presenting prizes for colouring competition after the show.

Great theatre. Easy for disabled people, however, it's quite a walk for a disabled person in bad weather as there is no cover. Comfortable seats for long performances. Nice Cafe with lovely staff.

Beautiful theatre, clean and comfortable and a good selection of drinks.

Great place for shows. Probably not a bad seat in the house some are of course just further from the stage.

Really nice theatre to watch live shows

Easy parking, comfy seating and great viewing. And a good selection from the ‘bar’.

Nice and surprisingly large theatre. The seats are comfortable and there is a bar to get snacks and drinks (inc. alcohol) from. Only thing I'm not sure about is if it is wheelchair accessable as I only saw stairs to be able to get into the theatre.
