Huge shout out to the fabulous staff at OTR Mannum who rescued me this evening...yes I locked my keys phone and wallet in my car...which sent me into a tail spin..
The young lady on duty was amazing she calmed me down and offered assistance by allowing me to use the phone to make the necessary calls.

Also suggesting I might like to wait in side gir the RAA..which actually wasn't too long...so a huge thankyou.

I had the BEST toasted ham and cheese sandwich from there this morning. I don't know what they do differently from your other stores but it was sensational. They need to spread the word to the other stores but especially the OTR at Murray Bridge Eastside. Theirs are very dry and pretty much inedible. THANKS OTR Mannum

Lovely clean shop

Clean and open 24/7 with a happy wash, but terrible coffee! Being a Mannum local this is where I fill up regularly, fuel prices are always reasonable and understandable. Don’t get coffee here it’s not worth it, it’s just too hit and miss with their quality. There is always a good selection of last minute items that you need to get on the fly, just be ready to pay a bit extra than you normally would.
The staff here are good and bad. Most of the crew here are great and always friendly, but it a possible to come across staff that really don’t care about what they do.
Overall the best thing about this OTR is the clean layout and access to the happy wash.

Great range of fast, convenient food

Hmmm. Times have changed. The convenience of a 24/7 open store, has become one of the most inconveniences in Mannum.
It also appears the night service window only applies to customers they don't trust, selected others are allowed in the store.

Need more people working there on weekend as staff were under the pump and making mistakes.

Been into OTR Mannum a lot of times over the past couple of months due to it being the only servo in town. A couple of months ago there was a young male there who was so nice and very helpful and friendly it’s sad to see that he is no longer there anymore. The staff are friendly it is sad to see them in the afternoon all by themselves with the rushes but they do work hard I just feel sorry for them, that should change asap due to safety! Lately there this lady I believe she is the store manger or someone higher up, she is so rude to her staff and customers I’ve heard her yell and threaten her staff members. The food there is some what alright coffee is some times burnt. I’ve put in a complaint about this store to otr head office but nothing has been done about it.

Donna needs to be sacked. if she can’t serve people at the window unlock the otr. what happened to 24/7 this always happens, take her off night shifts give her day time shifts, she does not want to work there, she sees the customers at the window looks at them walks around pretending to do something takes 5-10 minutes just to get to the window then complains when you want something heated or in the back fridges.

One guy there who does night shift often have been rude, don’t say any words like “Hi, good bye” worst customer service ever, other than that guy, rest of them are very pleasant.

I used the OTR app for a saving on my fuel. The rude lady with longer hair & glasses at the checkout refused to apply my 20c per litre saving on the app, claiming 10% is all they are allowed to apply. After reading the many complaints about this store & staff I am not surprised. Much better service at the service satiation down the road.

I was denied hot water to warm up my baby’s milk bottle. I had my plastic cup to pour the water in. I was told they can’t give me hot water as I might if I pour hot water on someone by mistake they would be responsible for it. Really ? I felt bad as a mum that I forgot to pack hot water for baby. I even asked them I could do it in front of you but nooo. The short lady with glasses who called herself manager denied. She would not even come in front and talk to me but tell her subordinates to say, manager is saying no we can’t give you hot water.

Staff are usually friendly but that's really the only good thing I can say about this OTR. Everything is overpriced, but that's pretty typical of a servo. Worst thing is the coffee! So bitter, and plastic tasting milk (usually too hot as well). Hotdogs are also awful, have gotten one with a fly on it and also undercooked ones. Good for if you need petrol or want to grab a coke/farmers union but other than that; avoid.

Is this the rudest OTR in Australia 3 olderly women in there clearly hate there job. Asked for 12 pies at 4.95 each told to try IGA if i was there boss I'd sack them on the spot. Please don't go to OTR if you want to be turned away or spoken to rudely.
People in customer service should at least of some skill. Anyway i went to IGA and a local bakery spent 150 bucks on pies drinks and donuts. Thank you the other places for your kind service . otr service is disgusting.

Older taller lady with glasses, shoulder length brown hair, is by far the rudest person I have ever been served by. This has been the case several times I've been served by her. Get rid of her.
