Great (big) hidden gem in Meeniyan ~ the pizza was up there with the best, the base was “trulli” Italian & the toppings were placed with👌🏽 ~ just the right amount… We tried the arancini as well, also delicious! There is also an awesome little shop / delicatessen with all things Italian… “Trulli” didn’t disappoint 🍕

Excellent pizzas made with fresh ingredients. The pizza crust felt very airy and light. It was delicious!

I've just arrived home after one of best community dinners to date.

I felt important to write here to commend your team, your restaurant and that amazing food.

From the moment we arrived, all 20 of us were greeted with warmth and welcome, big smiles and amazing service.

Paul and the beautiful women out front could not be more helpful or kind if they tried - we ended up buying half your lasagne take home packs and more.

The 3 courses were absolutely divine. Having grown up with european folks and beautiful antipasto and fresh food, we were so impressed with every meal that was presented with such love and care, information from Paul and the team and attention to detail right through the night.

It was just impressive at every turn.

Your chefs did an absolutely exceptional job and we will be returning again and again. They too were friendly, generous and the produce was next level.

Please congratulate and thank your whole team. We are all full and enjoyed every bite, atmosphere and the great people at Trullis.

Wow wow wow. Has the most incredible dinner at Trulli’s restaurant tonight. The food was absolutely incredible and the service was even better. We left feeling like royalty. Can’t recommend enough

Some of the best Italian food we have had for ages at Trulli Cucina Povera. Fish of the day and Cavatelli e Cima di Rapa buonissimo!

Super tasty pizza with good quality toppings particularly love the seafood with cured lemon- yum yum yum! Also we enjoyed the local tap beer, simply ordering on the table with the kids playing with the hay piles and etc

Excellent pizza and service as always. A big fan of the local suppliers map on the wall for the ingredients that go into the menu. Looking forward to returning again soon! 👍

**Edited to add. We came to Trulli yesterday and found only 3 pizzas on a very different menu to what we've enjoyed over the years. After enquiring, the well known pizzas are still available but over the road. It's a great little setup and plenty of room for the kids. Few new pictures added also.

I was so excited for the reopening of the Trulli Restaurant and was MORE than SATISFIED!!! OMGosh!!!! Best Italian food I have ever had (sorry Nonna and mum!) Francesco and Claudio, all your passion, love for food, knowledge, experience, dedication and commitment to providing us with Delicious food, great and fun service, beautiful and fresh restaurant, Trulli is magic! Looking forward to more delicious meal in the very near future. Wishing you all the happiness and success and more!

🍝 Food was delicious. The garlic focaccia was the best! And wood fired pizza was great too, the dough was tasty and plenty of toppings.

💰 Price was very good and reasonable.

🌸 Outdoor court yard was great, very pretty and relaxing.

🏎 Plenty if parking in the town for a short walk to Trulli.

Trulli is my favourite pizza place. It's a long drive from Melbourne but we don't mind it. The food is worth every minute spent driving. The pizza is light and flavourful.

Amazing restaurant in a one street small country town. Food BLEW MY MIND... degustation tasting menu out of this world with deliciousness. Staff wait and chef super friendly and helpful always has a smile on their faces.

Love the outdoor and have the games to pass time. Pizza tasted great and pasta too. Friendly staff that recommended pizza choice.

Delicious wood fired oven pizza. Base is thin and just perfect. Toppings are typically sourced from local produce. Many great pizza tasting varieties. Good wine list. Friendly service. Very popular place amongst the locals and visitors. Bookings recommended on weekends.

Awesome pizzas, you cannot get any better proper Italian pizzas. Always have the margarita and it’s 100% Italian, same as you would get in Italy. Awesome friendly staff as well!

Absolutely fantastic locally sourced degustation menu with attention to flavour and detail without too much fuss in a relaxed smart dining environment. Excellent service. Will be back!

Excellent - shining example of the fundamentals of hospitality done really well, delicious food that is clearly carefully prepared and stylishly presented, very attentive service, could not fault it really. Great to see Francesco and Claudio back in action in la cucina.

Delicious food (highly recommend the ciabatta as a starter), amazing coffee (up there with the best in Melbourne), and friendly helpful service. Even our 8 month old wanted some pizza!
