Such a beautiful boutique store to have in Meeniyan! Gorgeous homewares, great place to buy gifts. Stunning clothing and shoes. The store always smells incredible and has a lovely feel about it. The staff are all lovely too. Can’t thank Tamika enough for supervising my kids while I tried on a massive haul of clothes! Having the basket of kids toys in the shop makes shopping with small kids a lot easier for us mums! 😍

Excellent customer service and extremely prompt responses via Facebook. No matter the issue they responded within the hour, with a solution. Communication was back and forth over a few days.
Product arrived in a timely manner (being mid December), wrapped delicately and when I decided to exchange the size the company messaged me to ensure I had sent it as they hadn’t received it yet. Thanks so much guys!

Great shop first time in it love it

Received delivery of the wrong the product and told the correct item could not be sent out until they received the incorrect one back. This would be a long turnaround before the correct product arrived. The business is focused on not losing what would be under a $24 product to them vs a customer centric response which would be to amend their mistake asap.
