Earlier this week I took a very special heirloom piece into the talented team at Lacy Jewellery hoping they could repair it so I could safely wear it again. They very kindly repaired it there and then, and then wouldn’t accept payment for their skilled work! While I have purchased a few beautiful pieces from their stunning range of products over the years, I never expected this and was very touched by their kindness. Thanks so much guys. 😘

A beautiful experience, Jerlinda greated us with the warmest smile and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We brought a beautiful peice after two years of looking we found it right at our back door. We have searched many high end jewlers in Melbourne but the quality doesn't compare to what Lacy Jewellery had to offer. The store is beautiful and you would be hard pressed to walk out empty handed. Amazing customer service doesn't seem to be a thing any more but it is here. I would rate Jalinda's service 10/10. Thank you.

Is fantastic phil the owner is absolutely one of the finest Jewellers I have ever met he will endeavour to make and design to your specific needs he is not just a jeweller he is also an artist he is fantastic and the people who work for him are fantastic super they will help you out in any way they can the shop and the designs that you see on the shelves and in the display cases are magnificent and most of them are made by Phil himself he is such an artist as I said anything you take care and you asked him to make something and give him pacifically what you want it to look like he will do 2 your satisfaction absolutely he is one of the best Jewellers I've ever seen
