Dr. Cohen provided exceptional service when my son and I came in after hours. He conducted a thorough check and devised a comprehensive plan for us. The follow-up the next day was prompt and reassuring. Highly recommend Dr. Cohen for his professionalism and care.

Attended at the Epping clinic with small lacerations. The nurses there are just amazing. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I suffer anxiety and one nurse made every effort to assist. Nurse Lisa was amazing and very dedicated to her work I can’t say enough. Thank to the staff at Epping medical centre.

We have been coming to this place for around nine years. Dr Shafiqul Islam is really good and my whole family comes there . There are some other good doctors too . Sometimes I feel that they need more female doctors as well as it takes long time to get any appointments with female doctors as there are few and mostly booked .

I'm quite happy with the service they provide whether the receptionist or doctors especially Dr Ali Ziabary as he's one of the best and intelligence doctor in the center.

Had a podiatry appointment with Cassandra Law. Wow what an amazing podiatrist! Made me feel so comfortable and she was super sweet!! Highly recommend her service 5/5 stars 🌟

The Evoca endometriosis and pelvic pain clinic here is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any attempt to seek treatment or management of my endo. So detailed and thorough, very considerate and understanding, never once doubted me or my pain, very clearly very well researched and trained in pelvic pain. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a doctor about my endometriosis and they’ve actually told me anything I didn’t already know. They’ve even got tens machines you can borrow for a trial to see if it’s helpful. So so highly recommend for anyone experiencing pelvic pain. Thank you so much!

I believe there are no more walk in appointments. However, I booked my appointment online and it was quite quick and thorough. It was hassle free and no long waiting period.

It’s extremely busy all the time so you will need to make an appointment. Dr.Mackie & Dr.Monza are excellent physicians.

When submitting complaint or compliments this centre listens and acts on requests/suggestions and alerts.

Witnessed recent medical emergency and staff response swift and reception staff competently ushered waiting patients away from collapsed patient, respecting privacy and giving medical staff space to do their job.

I've had 2 experiences at the priority primary care and both have been great!
We seen Kelly and Jess on Monday and they were so quick to see us and give us our results from an xray.
I would recommend priority primary care to anyone who needs to see a doctor but can't wait days to get into their usual doctor for any urgent matters
