I go here for pet food all the time. My recent experience was purchasing a fish tank set up and fish. The guy in this department was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. I ended up purchasing the setup, and I am now confident I can provide my new fish with a good environment! Not pushy with sales etc either.

Had a chat with Nicole yesterday regarding my itchy and dry pup. Her knowledge and understanding as well as experience created a brilliant experience for my small mind lol. She went into great detail about the questions I asked, and gave so much more extra information that wasn't expected to recieve but was extremely helpful. Brilliant worker and I hope to cross paths with her in store again.

I needed a large bad of dog kibble, could not lift it myself (senior) but the staff was ever so happy to get it for me, I paid, and they put it in the car, I was oh so ever grateful.

The staff are friendly, willing to listen, very knowledgeable and honestly they are cheaper than anywhere else for the quality of products you can get. Thank you to all STAFF!

Went to Petbarn looking to buy some more Betta Fish products this morning, headed to the checkout with some thinking I was all set.

Lily at the checkout sparked up a conversation about what we were doing with the products and was able to provide me with better products for my requirements.

I left with better products and new knowledge on how to take care of my Betta.

Lily is a very knowledgeable employee. Very helpful.

Great staff (Corey) was very helpful and very knowledgeable on what I needed. They do match prices with other stores which I thought was very good. They have a huge variety for all pets. Easy parking right outside the door.

I would just like to thank the assistant manager Nikki and the staff for everything as I believe they do more than is required of them with their helpfulness and kind support in decision making processes for my assistance dog Milos needs.
