Purchased some clothing as a present for a friend's son. Crazy low prices. Paid only $25 and got PJs, a bunch of shirts and shorts. The lady at the counter was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and happy for a chat. I believe she served me when I went there a year ago and she was the exact same, so it's not an act. Will be back again and again!

Wow. I went to Morayfield shopping centre this morning looking for a particular item. I visited Big W, K-Mart, Target and Lowes. I was not greeted or assisted by any of the staff in any of these stores. They were either chatting to one another or just pretended I wasn't there. I spotted Best and Less as I was leaving the centre and decided to try them. On entering the store I was greeted with a welcome and a smile. I had a brief look for the item and was approached by one of the staff who offered assistance. Unfortunately they also did not have the item I was looking for but I really didn't care as the staff took the time to suggest other stores to consider. I would like to say that those staff members were a very welcome pick me up tonic this morning....in particular the young lady (Whitney) who was at the check out. Well done ladies at Best and Less Morayfield.

Found exactly what I wanted the staff were very friendly and helpful and the store was very tidy and clean. I bought 3 Christmas Presents. I will return to this store again and recommend to friends.

Kayla n saraha are lovely workers n helped me out on two separate days straight away, people just don't get this service anymore n it was wonderful, they are all so nice in the shop .. merry Christmas to best &less .. Thank you
