We did the three caves and also short walk to Balancing Rock and checked out the Indigenous Art work by the Wullumbra Art Site.
The caves were absolutely amazing and Doug our guide was fantastic. Also super knowledgeable about the local wildlife both in and outside of the caves. So many caves in the area and so many more yet not discovered. Definitely worth a visit and the three caves package, they are all different and special.

Awesome! No questions, have to do this if you visit Chillagoe.

Cindy (sp?) is an amazing guide who was happy to answer any questions and provide all the information you might need. Also went the extra mile to provide more info about the caves outside the tour.

Mike, our ranger guide, knew so much about the caves and explained to us all the wonders of the formations. He even pointed out a few fossils! Such a beautiful place and would highly recommend doing all 3 cave tours.

Great experience! Definitely do the guided tours when you are here, the self guided caves don't even come close. Our guide knew the area and caves extremely well. The prices are very reasonable and it's a unique opportunity. Lucky to be able to visit such outstanding natural formations while knowing they are protected for future generations to enjoy.

Amazing history and spectacular limestone caves, a must do if out near Chillagoe.
Pop into the post office hotel for a coldie or two.

A highlight of our 12 months on the road. We did all three cave tours. There’s plenty to do in town with a glorious photo op at sunset at the smelter lookout! The weir provides a beautiful swim spot. Our time inChillage totally exceeded all expectations

The hub was great and the lady behind the counter went above for myself and friends out for the day from cairns. Highly recommend dropping in and having a chat with them to get the friendly tips

We did the 3 caves in one day.
We were all completely blown away. It was just spectacular. We all adored our tour guide Greg, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but a bloody Larakin. A real Aussie legend.
Thank you very much for not only educating us, but all entertaining us all day.

So pleased we were able to get onto two cave tours. The self guided caves are amazing but wonderful to have a guide to provide such interesting information. The kids were all enthralled and everyone wants to go back. Thank you for keeping these open for us to visit

Excellent cave tour. Very casual and not rushed. A few tight spots that made the whole experience a bit more natural. Dave the guide was great
