I was served by Kirsty at Morayfield Wallace Bishop. She was very patient with me as I asked her about various options I had seen on the website and she knew her stock well (unfortunately, there were quite a few items not in stock). Whilst I was deciding, she asked if I minded if she serve another customer (I didn’t). I heard her chatting with another customer. She was kind and considerate and offered the customer different suggestions. I ended up buying a beautiful ring from her. Thanks Kirsty!

I went through all the jewellery stores in Morayfield trying to find a pendant to commemorate the recent loss of a loved one. Not only did I find the perfect piece in Wallace Bishop, but the service provided by Maddie was superb. She was kind, caring and supportive and found the pendant I had pictured in my mind. I highly recommend this store for unique, well priced pieces of jewellery and not the mass produced rubbish sold by the others. Special mention to Maddie. Thank you.

Just want to put a big shout out for the young lady Teigan, went in to buy a super car watch for my husband.Teigan was so helpful and was so amazing with her customer service knew exactly what I was looking for and was so pleasant to deal with , Will definitely be back again

Fantastic and great service! I recevied a signet ring as a gift and needed it resized. They very quickly ordered in the correct size and by the next day I wass able to come in and pick it up. Really fantastic service, I wish I had caught the lady's name who helped me because she was wonderful and kind. Thanks!

I have been shopping at Wallace Bishop , Morayfield, for more than 12 years. It is my jewelry store of first choice. I always look forward to my visits to the store . I am a watch collector and have bought at least 15 watches of various brands, style and value in that time. The staff are friendly, informative and helpful. They go above and beyond to provide great customer service. Currently I could not ask for better customer assistance delivered in a happy, knowledgeable and informative way. All the staff are wonderful; but I cannot speak highly enough of salesperson 'Becca'' and her store manager, Sarah, the two store staff who normally help me. They are great ambassadors for the Wallace Bishop organisation.

Jaimee was a very helpful with her knowledge about the product. That was interested in purchasing. Victoria was there for moral support, but lovely with my kids, as Jaimee set up my new purchase. Overall great experience.

I was very impressed by Jamie's knowledge and helpfulness yesterday with my queries about a set of promise rings. Even though she didn't have what i was looking for, she was more than happy to help me with sizing and design ideas. Most other jewellery shop staff send me over to the next or turn a blind eye.... i highly recommended people see Jamiee for what they need!

I went into Morayfield store the other day and Jamie helped me choose out some earrings for my daughter! She was very helpful, and even though my purchase this time was a small one she made me feel very welcomed and Valued! Ill be back to see her for sure

Can't fault them especially today. Lovely lady went out of her way to help us regarding jewellery cleaner. They didn't have any so she gave me a 'recipe' that would thoroughly clean my gold jewellery. Way to go

I had an amazing experience today with a lovely lady called Sarah. She made the process of returning and swapping out a gift so much easier after having difficulty at Chermside WB, where I was told the wrong information and unclear on what I was able to do with the returning of my item.
