Petite Paradisio

I don't even really know where to start with this review, do I start with the greatest most wholesome people you will ever meet? - that's Jade and Dirk.... or perhaps the lushest trees, the serenity, the peace and party that you will experience? Honestly who knows, but my advice is to get married here. Petite Paradisio has everything; a house to base yourself from, 2 powered "Rotundas", plenty of space for all your loved ones to camp, a "disco shower", the option for glamping, a million possible photos locations, its not too far from Launceston, reasonably accessible (hard ground, toilets on the same level in house as well as up the hill) if you have guests with access considerations. A heap of furniture included, big top tent, chairs, tables, wooden rounds, fridges, fire pits, flushing toilet block, a well supported 'Blank Canvas' for you to design your dream day! We had a bloody blast, and you will too! and the best bit.... no curfew, we danced the night away until 5am.

Almost all styling items, rugs, other furniture, cutlery, crockery etc.: thrifted from Tip Shops, Op Shops, families garages etc.

We also used a heap of different coloured Par can lights throughout the trees up the hill to create a beautiful view from the bottom, I will add a photo if I find one later.

Nestled in a small valley in the North East of Tasmania is this very special place - the moment you arrive you will feel the tranquility of lush green native forest, the singing birds, groves of man ferns, and not to mention the jewel of the location: the sparkling lake setting. Rain or shine, this area will speak to your heart. It has plenty of grass areas - both level and undulating for guests to mingle, and so many areas and backdrops for the perfect photoshoot. If you are seeing a very private bush setting for a truely stunning special event - be that a wedding, birthday or just a quiet weekend away - then look no further. It has been described as your own private gorge (referring to the Launceston Gorge) and in so many ways it is similar - but even better!

Petite Paradisio is such a hidden gem! If you're after a place to get married that has charm, stunning views and feels like you're at your very own private gorge then look no further!
Even if you're not getting married but just want a weekend away, it's a must for the bucket list.
This is by far my favourite place to work. (We're the glamping company)
