I cannot highly recommend Cheesecake shop Heidelberg enough!

A big massive thank you to the whole team for making a gender reveal cake very last minute!

My sister in law has been struggling with her fertility for over 3 years and when she received her NIPT results on Friday afternoon, the cheesecake shop Heidelberg were so accommodating. The gender reveal cake has a 3 day turn over and I can’t thank you enough for making her reveal so special

I used the Cheesecake Shop Heidelberg for my bridal shower cake. For the price (was quoted at least double everywhere else), I was really pleased with the cake and it looked & tasted great on the day.

Don't trust the other reviews. I ignored them and all was easy and even better than I expected. The man speaks good English and can't believe that people even mentioned that in the reviews. Great price for such a variety of cool cakes, not the artisan $230 cakes! Parking was ok on the side street not the main road. The cake taste great too!

Lots of nice fresh cakes, they've got $2 cheesecakes on offer too, never had a bad cake experience here

Went to the shop for a last minute cheesecake, the guy at the counter was very helpful and friendly and help me select the cake. The cake was delicious and my whole family really enjoyed, I would definitely visit again!

Im surprised about some of the poor reviews on here, especially about customer service. I have always had good cakes from here. Excellent service, clean shop and friendly staff.

The bloke that runs the show is a legend.
Communication between humans is not that hard, at least he is out there having a go, not whinging about people who he finds difficult to understand.
The service and cakes are the best in town, keep up the good work !!!

Lovely mudcake, lemon meringue cake, strawberry cake; as someone who doesn't like cheesecake, i appreciate that they do other variaties as well. Super friendly and lovely staff member who is always working hard at baking; i'm not sure if he is the owner but he is great and really helpful.

The rainbow cake is a winner! Colourful, soft and with fresh cream! My favourite cake.

Went to cheesecake shop in Eltham and they made it so difficult to get a quarter of a cake that I just left. Then went to Heidelberg and the man there just told me "just tell me what you need and I will do that for you" In one minute I was out of the shop with that quarter cake I couldn't get in Eltham!

The cookies and creme cheesecake was delicious. The gentleman that served me today was fantastic. I highly recommend.
