Took the car in to get the air con looked at for a brand new haval because it has been blowing hot air. They had it for 7 hours to do a diagnostics check....I'm guessing to turn the air con on and then off and see if it matched what we had already said. No conclusion by the end of the day....was told to rebook for further diagnostics check. I asked basically what will you find next time that you couldn't have possibly found today?
The car smelt of cigarettes upon leaving also.

On top of that they would then need parts so it'll be a drawn out 3 days wasted.

Avoid this place for any sort of services. I had my GWM 5000km check up here. End up paying for wheels alignment that they suggested. 370 dollars for them to get my brand new car all wrecked. In the pictures is the position they left my steering wheel to get the car going straight. End up that my car went out off the road when because the steering wheel kept pushing it to original position. Had a slashed tyre in cause of that. Went back to the place to get the alignment sorted the unhelpful manager told me to come back on afternoon as they didn’t have the time to fix it. Came back on afternoon they had the mechanic that do the alignment on sick call. Excuses over excuses. They didn’t get any of the blame for the inconvenience or anything worse the manager told me they gave my car back to me with further adjustments to be done but never communicate that to me.

Long story short. They took my money for a service end gave back my car with a clear hazard in it.

AVOID this Dodgy people at all cost!

Le personnel est sympathique mais c’est très cher et la main d’œuvre hors de prix, nous demandions de l’aide pour la rego qu’on as besoin pour l’enregistrer ici, nous avions fais faire un Check et tout a été changé 3 semaines avant et comme par hasard il y avais plein de choses qui n’allait plus du coup très déçus. On nous demandait juste de payer une sommes astronomiques alors qu’il y en avait pas pour ce qu’on nous disait. Heureusement un autre garage nous a pris en charge pour bien moin chère.

Le personnel est accueillent mais le service est très chère. Nous avons pas l’impression que ces personnes veulent nous aider et pense plus à l’argent que l’humain. Dommage

Nous avions fait une vérification du véhicule pour la rego et comme par hasard rien ne passe alors que la voiture sortait du garage 1 mois avant pour un chek up complet. Nous avons été voir un autre garage qui nous a bien à. Équille et nous a fait passer notre document sans problème.
