Jan is amazing! I needed to organise a bouquet of flowers for my mum, including a specific champagne and chocolate type. Jan was so helpful, in fact she was the only florist in Noosa of three that I contacted to write back to my initial email enquiry. Jan offers a wonderful service. I live interstate and requested a floral gift for an elderly friend. I selected Urban Botanical after searching via google for Noosa based florists and was attracted by her website. Jan went above and beyond. Upon selecting the floral gift, she personally delivered my gift to my friend and communicated with me to confirm safe arrival. This is customer service at it finest.

I strongly recommend Urban Botanica. It's always difficult to send flowers sight unseen but a phone call (from Melbourne) to Jan and a quick brief of what I was after, resulted in a magnificent and original floral arrangement being sent to my friend on her birthday. Had these flowers delivered to a friend. Jan was extremely helpful, I gave her a rough brief of what I wanted and the occasion and they put something pretty special together. This bunch was $100 delivered, including the pot. Very well priced and fantastic service.

I was flying blind when I ordered flowers( from Melbourne), to surprise my daughter, holidaying in Noosa. Jan nailed my brief! I couldn’t have been happier and my daughter was thrilled. I wish I could post a photo too! Maybe I can do that on Instagram!
