There's a bunch of volunteers as well as some paid staff manning this place and all are passionate about it. It's been restored to a really high standard and offers all the latest information on the available services and attractions nearby including being the place to book your Tully sugar mill tours (also excellent). They have some locally grown coffee on sale here as well as an art gallery next door. Public toilet facilities are clean and well kept with baby change facilities available. There are steps leading into the centre, can't quite remember if there was wheelchair access or not but pretty sure there was on the side.

A fabulous Centre so much about the history of TULLY and photos of the the cyclones. The receptionist was so friendly and informative it just made our tip to Nth Qld. Bought a beautiful book by Eva- Marie Welsh called Paddles the Platypus. Realising how beautiful it was illustrated wish I had bought 6 for my great grand children , found out in Brisbane the books are sadly out of print.

These ladies are so helpful. Our vehicle + van broke down on the roundabout at Tully. 2 young guys towed us to the RV parking area and the Tully Information centre allowed us to stay in the free rv parking area until our vehicle could be repaired. We had no vehicle, but we could walk to shops and buy groceries etc. We will be returning to Tully next trip. Tully is definitely an RV friendly town.

The friendly folks here gave us lots of great advice and direction for our trip South on A1, including some off the beaten path stops that we would never have found on our own.
