Heaps of parking and the best roast chicken we’ve had in ages!
Shop’s a little bit tatty these days but having a few staffed registers open and getting served by an actual human instead of an automated schoolma’am more than gets this Woolies across the line for me.

Regular staff are great. My nearly 2 year old loves seeing the donation guide dog.

Every time we visits she wants to see the dog

Better than the other locals like Central Lakes and Cabo Sth

Always great stock levels, sometimes there should be more checkouts open.

My online order for home delivery didn't show up. I called the store and Shari was amazing! The computer had glitched, so Shari repicked my order, checking that the substitutes were OK, had amazing customer service (she wasn't even from the online department so was out of her depth) and made sure it got to me (said she would drive it to me personally if she couldn't get anything organised). She put a lovely bunch of flowers in there for me which brought a smile to my face and a sneaky chocolate too! Thank you Shari for your excellent customer service and for going above and beyond 😀👏

I was in the aisle trying to find a product on the store printout and a staff member saw me looking a bit lost. she came and asked what I was looking for and showed me where to find them. thankyou for having nice helpful staff.

Staff are helpful. Always happy to open a conveyor belt for me and assist in any way with my disability. It's hard to find at a local grocery store that will help like that. Most people don't believe me when I tell them. So thank you so much!

Shopping at 7am is the easiest time to shop, no crowds and your home before others leave. Shelves and full or getting filled and there are staff just waiting to assist. Very polite staff and will be using this store as my permanent Woolies

I go to Woolies at Morayfield Qld for the cold meats at the deli & specific goods l can't get at Aldi & Fresh & Save that are cheaper for most staple foods we need.

Service & quality are excellent however overall costs are higher.

I did an online shop, they bring the groceries to yr car which is very helpful and they will even load them in yr car if you want them to. Very well mannered staff. I really like shopping at this Woolworth but miss the couple of chocolates they use to put in yr order.
